WiFi on automatically when it is connected?

Hello - I was wondering if there is a way to automatically put my Droid turn my wifi on when setting the device is connected and then turn off when it is plugged is no longer?

Thanks in advance!

There is a really good app on the market called "Local", it allows to set the conditions, for example plugged which will turn on your wifi and another condition for when it is not.

  • WiFi drops (DNS) when charger is connected

    Hello

Whenever I plug my charger on my Macbook Air 11 '', my fair blocks Wifi. Not only on my macbook, but on everything. It's sort of something to the router. I have no idea what. I had my ISP mechanic come over a few times to check if it's something on their side, but it is not. I can not find similar problems on the net. And I've checked everything. All settings are good. But only when I plug in my MacBook charger, it messes with my router and all of a sudden he says "Resolving host" and the DNS is lost. Even tried using different open DNS addresses. Nothing helps.

The magsafe becomes openly warm? You can use this mac/systems/power on off button to see what voltage it is putting out. Should not be more 12500MV.  https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT203207 you can also try a SMC reset.  https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT201295

  • computer not automatically standby (formerly titled "impossible computer automatically sleep when it is connected to the internet with modem cable")

Hi, I noticed recently that my computer (Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005) is unable to sleep automatically when it is connected to the internet with a cable modem. Change the settings for my current power mode and try a different feeding regime (diagrams of Windows XP default power and power management, I created) only solves the problem for 2 days at most. I also tried to change the settings for the other power plans mentioned, and yet once again, the problem was only set for two days at the most. I also tried turning off my computer, restarting my computer, recording Powercfg /Restore Default policies in Run, saving sfc/scannow in Run, and again, I got the same result. Reset and power cycling the modem cable is not helped either. To help you better understand the problem, for example, if I had the date set for the screensaver set to 1 minute, the time for the monitor to turn off set to 2 minutes and time for your computer set to 3 minutes, the screen saver activate after 1 minute, the monitor turns off after 2 minutes, but the computer would not sleep mode after 3 minutes , even after an hour or more. I tried to check the Task Manager, and I have not noticed any process that would be interrupting the day before. However, I noticed that when I turned on the monitor by moving the mouse, even when the computer was unable to sleep and unplugged the ethernet cable from the cable modem and waited, the computer has entered standby as it should have.  I tried to find a solution for more than a week, contributions for this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. (Update: it seems that the problem is something else then my cable modem.)

    Hello

    Thank you for the update.

This behavior can occur because of possible conflicts of third-party software, which includes the third-party security software.

You can also temporarily disable third-party security software and firewalls installed on the system and check the issue.

If disabling the antivirus software solves the problem, you may need to configure the settings of the antivirus as a result program. Please contact the software vendor for assistance in this regard.

Note: be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking the issue.

Note: When you perform a clean boot, you can activate services for the modem, network card and disable third-party services to check the issue.

Hope the helps of information. Let us know if you need help with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help you.

  • Is it possible to have iMessage turned off automatically when the phone detects that it is not connected to wifi?

My daughter continues to send iMessages when she's out and about (IE. When it is not connected to wifi) and iMessages are sent using its data allocation, and it continues to go over its data allocation. Is it possible to get the phone to turn off the iMessages automatically when it detects that it is not connected to wifi, so that messages are then sent via sms texts, and then it reconnects to iMessage when reconnected to the Wifi? (I know it can be done manually in the settings, but she keeps forgetting to do so).

    Not automatically.

    Hi, Bill:

The configuration menu of the BIOS device, to a framework entitled turn on LAN/WLAN switching.

Having this setting is enabled, it will do what you ask.

  • Change the DNS server automatically when switching to WiFi network?

I am usually connected to one of the two wifi networks, one I have control on and I'm not. When I am connected to that I have no control over, I usually spend my DNS settings of the network server (which often breaks down) to a third party one, but I end up having to do this every time. Is there a way so that it would automatically change my DNS server whenever I connect to this network? I am running Windows Developer Preview

    Hello

    ·         What operating system do you use?

    ·         Your computer is on a domain network?

Try these steps and see if it helps.

Step 1: Run the network troubleshooter utility.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/using-the-network-troubleshooter-in-Windows-7

Step 2: Try to reset TCP/IP and check.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/change-TCP-IP-settings

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall network/modem driver from Device Manager.

    (a) click Start, type Manager of devices in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) Device Manager window opens, expand the network card.

    (c) right click and uninstall, reboot the system.

    Step 4:

Follow the steps in troubleshooting from the link and check if that helps.

Windows wireless and wired network connection problems

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/help/wired-and-wireless-network-connection-problems-in-Windows

    Step 5:

    Temporarily disable the security software.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you do not disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time that your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

  • 12 iTunes does not start automatically when I connect iPhone 6s

I have a desktop Windows 10 new and I connect my 6s iPhone more synchronization with Outlook, every day.  When I connect my iPhone, iTunes not open automatically as it has always done in later versions.  If I manually open iTunes, then the iPhone syncs fine, but I would like to do this annoying extra step every day.

I have read several posts on this topic and here is what I tried:

    -J' I uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes

-J' checked I have the vs 12.4.3.1 of Windows and iTunes updates

-I went to Device Manager > Apple Mobile Device Driver > pointed to: \Program Apple Mobile Device Support\Drivers updated and referred 'the driver is up-to-date.

-In iTunes > edit > Preferences > devices > prevent iPhone sync automatically is not checked

-In iTunes > my iPhone > summary, is checked automatically sync when this iPhone is connected.  I also tried unchecking it, apply, close/reopen iTunes and then check again with the same result.

-J' have tried using a different USB port

In addition to this, when I connect my iPhone to a different USB port, Windows gives a saying "Select to choose what happens with this device.  When I click on it, Windows provides about 5 options on how to import the device or to open an application when the device is connected, but iTunes is not in the list of apps to select from.  In addition, in older versions of Windows, there is a link to select a different program from your pc to use if it wasn't in the shortlist and this link/option is no longer there it that it seems impossible to select iTunes opens automatically when the iPhone is connected.

FYI, I had exactly the same problem on my old pc once it has been upgraded to Windows 10.

Does anyone know how get iTunes opens automatically when I connect my iPhone?

I suspect that you need to tell Windows not to do anything, make sure that the iTunes Helper application is configured to run on start-up (activation/deactivation of the next triggering and to solve this problem) and in iTunes, select the device and choose the option to run iTunes when the device is connected.

  • Hi why my iphone wifi turn off automatically when I lock my device? And how can I solve this problem

    Hello

  • Internet goes when you are connected to wifi

Bought an iMac on eBay this week, works fine apart from a problem I encounter with internet stall, which really starts to get boring!

It's an iMac, mid-2011, with OS X el Capitan 10.11.3 installed and put to update to the most recent update.

    The question...

When you are connected to our home network (Sky Broadband) I get internet access for 5 minutes for an hour then stop him internet but the wifi is connected. At this point if I check all other computers/phones/tablets on the network that they are all still connected to the internet with absolutely no problem.

    The temporary solution...

If I disable the wifi on my iMac and then back on again once it reconnects immediately and internet works fine still a time - until it stops!

    What I tried...

    Restart the mac repeatedly

    Restarted the router again

In network settings, advanced on the mac, I renewed the DHCP lease (loads of times - note it always seems to come back with exactly the same ip address - I guess it's good?), updated the DNS (last post I read said to use 2.4.4.2 so am currently on that), tried to manually set the MTU to 1453, I deleted all the other networks stored outside my home network Too much.

Does anyone have any suggestions please for all messages that have worked for them, or things that I could try?

Thanks a lot for your help

    Joe

Did you erase the internal drive and install OS X yourself? Did you run the hardware test? If this isn't the case, please do both.

  • When my Macbook connect to WIFI my normal PC to the internet cut

First off sorry for my bad English, but as say the title "when my Macbook connect to WIFI my normal PC to cup of the internet.

I was playing online games (WoW) on my normal PC I opened my macbook to work with her, and then I saw that I was disconnected from my game online so I test a few times and the problem is that whenever my macbook is connect to my Wifi my router send... my PC internet is disconnected (my PC is using cable connect to the router)

    Thanks in adv

That would be a problem with the way you have the router or computers configured for wifi. It could be that they are all both use the same ip address. Usually, when configuring a router you begin by setting up a computer with cloning the mac address of the computer to the router and then the other set up. If you do not have a mac address on one of your computers, it's the problem.

I had problems with my wifi recently. When I start my computer it connects fine, but sometimes then shows limited connectivity when all other devices (my phone and Tablet) are connected properly. • XPS 13 9350 wifi to automatically reconnect to the known network

I wanted to see if the owners of Dell XPS 13 9350 encounter a problem connecting to woman that I have.

My home wifi Netgear router is set up and I have connected with the password and select "connect automatically".  However, my Dell won't connect when I reboot.

Laptop Lenovo to my wife and another bridged router remains connected and there is no problem.

I tried to disable the computer put power off 'allow' pay-per-view network in device, network, power management card Manager, but the behavior has not changed.

Wanted to see if anyone else has seen cela or not.

I've rolled back to an earlier version of the Wifi network adapter and have no problem.  I saw several people in researching this issue who has problems with the latest Broadcom driver that is located on the Dell Web site for the 9350 XPS13 perhaps this is corrected in later versions.

  • How can I prevent the Foxfire loading automatically when I turn on my computer which runs on Windows Vista?

Foxfire load automatically when that I start my computer after all the other essential programs. I would like to know how to disable the start menu link that allows the program to load when the computer first starts because the Foxfire browser is not necessary when I first start the computer. Furthermore, when I first start my computer, it is not necessarily connected to the internet and it's just a little embarrassing to see foxfire charge when it is not necessary. In addition, it takes up valuable memory in RAM when it's running, so slow down my machine. Please, someone show me how to keep this program to start when I start my computer. Moreover, my system is Windows Vista and Foxfire does not appear in the startup folder. Only by going to clicking on Foxfire default program page it does not show that Foxfire has a hidden defect that makes it to launch at startup of the computer. What I'm looking for must not see when I start my computer.

Firefox has no opportunity installation to run at startup, you can check the different methods that Windows uses to launch programs. For details see
