WildTangent games Console problem

That's how my problem started.  My (the current version) Wildtangent game console has been blocked to finalize the install on one of the games.  For this reason I could not install any other game console.  I could play games installed, but nothing else.  I contacted Wildtangent and after the updating and reinstalling Internet explorer, adobe flash, all my drivers, nothing has worked.  So we tried to uninstall the console and resettlement.  Now the game console will not install on their Web site.  The box comes back to install but it is empty and nothing happens.  The latest effort has been updated of my security features.  Who and not go.  They me assured that it was a security issue on my computer and contact the vendor for assistance. I have no other problems.  Can anyone help?

Have you tried to clean the temporary Internet files, Cookies and history, in your browser navigation?  The same question about your file Temp too, you can do so by typing folder in the Start Menu RUN box.  This will open your Temp folder, there, you can remove all Windows will allow you to do.

It may be necessary to show both hidden and system files and also uncheck 'Hide known file types' in Control Panel / folder Options / view to navigate to the mentioned location of Temp.

On the WildTangent download is there any Setup.exe?    Try right click on the actual Setup.exe and choosing the option "Run As Administrator"?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.

Have you tried to use another user to check if you see a type of the problem corrupted user profile?

Temporarily disable anti-virus software running may be worth a try?

Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right click on your drive icon / properties / tools / error checking.  First try checking not be (read-only) to see if it reports any problems file or hard drive.  If this is the case, start by checking the two boxes, in no other rerun.

See if the system restore will get back to a restore point before your problem with Windows, or try the System File Checker.
