  You can do none of this, I'm afraid. You can change the email address that is your Apple ID to another address non-Apple, but you cannot change it to your iCloud address (which is an Apple ID itself). And you are unable to use this address iCloud in conjunction with any other Apple ID.

  Have you gone in settings > general > storage & use iCloud > storage management > click on the device that originates the backup and then scroll down to "Delete Backup '? You do not want to do it on each device that has saved to iCloud.

  You cannot delete the @icloud.com addresses etc, you created when you created the account. If you create an alias it work that addresses of original on the outside, and nobody will see these.
