I have a HP Pavilion all-in-one 64-bit stuck in windows 8 because the computer will not download the updates 175.

I run Update tool he said fix the problem yet but want to upgrade I try to refresh the DMES tool, clean the store try troubleshooting said not being able to fix but doesn't say why or what it is, does a virus and malware scan was clean.   Start it all when I used the go back to the factory setting I had windows computer 10 was slow and the gel and the page can not download I thought it was a corrupted registry. I'm total lost on the register of the restoration, or is it possible to restore? seem, restoration of the factory did not have a new installation of the registry.  Please advice or help, I really want on windows 8.   Thank you very much for any help or advice BJ

    (At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

    The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

    Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

    You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.
