  • HP Envy 5300: HP Envy 5300 and connection of Windows 8 stall

I wanted my 5300 put in place on my wifi without problem for a few months after I bought it. However, aftering installing some updates from HP, the connection between the computer and the printer played upward. I received a message from the printer offline whenever I try to print something. I need to turn off the printer and on again until it will register as a "Loan" and print my documents. I tried to keep the printer off and only turn it on when I need to print something. However, this does not change it. I'm waiting for the printer can be powered on and click on print to say the printer is offline. I don't understand this at all!

I have my Windows system to date, and every time the center of update Hp tells me there's an update I install it. I run the HP Plugin App on my Android phone and have no problem printing off my phone to the printer, I do not have to restart every time, is certainly not a problem with the connection with the router.

Is someone can you please tell me what I can do to stop this? It drives me batty whenever I have to restart the printer, especially if I'm across the House to the printer with my laptop (which is most of the time!)

    Thanks in advance

I found the solution on another topic, I had to change the port to a port TCP Std and now he never shows it as offline, waking up from sleep to print a document. =)

I tried several times to Windows Update and also the Microsoft Download Center and still the same put on restart every time. Is it possible to fix this and get my updates? Any ideas?

Reinstall drive Dell for windows vista Home premium 64-bit, should I try to re - install part of it and if so what is the name of the party? I have to re - install all Windows Vista?   How to prevent this problem from happening again?

    Hello

Recovery discs Dell normally does a relocation back to how you bought it new.

And to get advice on Norton Optimize, contact Norton.

    This information should help you:

The Vista defrag works quietly in the background without intervention on your part

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/942092

In Windows Vista, there are a lot of improvements in the defrag engine and handling of fragmentation. By default, Windows Vista uses Task Scheduler to automatically keep the defragmented hard drive. This Automatic defragmentation does not affect the performance of the Windows Vista operating system...

If you want to use a much better defragmentation program which is free and where you can see the results, I suggest this one:

  • [FIXED] WL library error start error: Windows Live Photo Gallery encountered an error and cannot start. Error code: 0 x 80070035

Original title: error starting in WL photo library

    Hello guys,.

I use the photo gallery of WL (latest version) for some time, but one day it stopped working without remembering any important changes that might break a.

When I try to run it, it gives this error:

    ---------------------------
    Windows Live Photo Gallery

Windows Live Photo Gallery encountered an error and cannot start.

    Error code: 0 x 80070035

    Ok
    ---------------------------

I tried to reinstall it but without success. I've also renamed the files Pictures.pdX C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Photo Gallery, but with the same result.

Not to mention that the event log does not contain messages recorded on this subject and also the follow-up of the process with Process Monitor did not show anything that would tell me the cause of this problem...

If someone from the Live team or an MVP watch that I can send you the output monitor process or any other information that you might find useful.

Any other suggestions on what I can try next?

    Thank you!

    Chris

I'm waiting for the confirmation of the guys from the Live team on this, but I've corrected this problem.

The error came from the fact that Windows registry stalled Chronogram of some access roads network I had on my computer from a former WHS (Windows Home Server) box so basically, Windows Explorer - WL photo library was still trying reach these network paths, even if in Explorer / settings there is no references to WHS, so registry entries in neutral paths and wrong...

Replace the data of those key in the Windows registry under the HKEY CURRENT USER corrected this problem and I was able to start WL photo library.
