Windows 2000 don't read do not flash drive

Insert red bright flash appears but is not when I go into my docs

Hi willyd.

You may need to go to the folder of the computer that shows your normal hard drive to find the installed USB key.

From there, you will be able to copy the files to the My Documents folder.

If this does not work, you can check the Device Manager to see if the flash player is installed correctly.

I have a vista edition windows Home premium, service Pack2. My problem is that I have a 2 GB sandisk micro sd with adapter card. When I tried to use it, a moment ago, it did not work. but I, somehow fixed. I don't remember what I did, but it worked. and now, it's the first time I am using the card in a moment and the computer does not read it. I searched online for some time and could not solve the problem. I hesitate to do a system restore or anything of the sort, because it is my grandparents computer. Finally, I came to the conclusion that the sd port can be broken, but I tried another card and it worked perfectly. The other card was also a sandisk 2GB, but this is a regular, not a microphone. I went into Device Manager and all drivers are working. I also made sure the sd card is not locked.  I don't know what to do anymore. Help, please.

  • Windows 7 don't read is not GPT data readers

    Heyo,

So I have a secondary data drive and an external hard drive, the two NTFS formatted with TPG. My primary fails HD and I replace, reinstall windows, etc. However, now this computer (and only on this computer; other Windows 7 machines very well) reads the secondary data disk to format RAW instead of NTFS and sees only the unused portion of the external data drive. I installed an update of windows designed for big HDs, update bios and drivers from the chipset.

I really appreciate all the help you can provide.

You have disk problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD burning and)
Playback of CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for parts from 1 or 2 to not work so that others do
correctly. Since it accepts no disc do not forget to remove ALL the power and control the
cable connections - remove and replace (at both ends where possible).

Burning at low speed, or by using the master could help. A CD/DVD cleaner might help.

Brand of the CD or DVD drive can also be the problem. Low quality (cheap brands) are always problematic.

CD/DVDs have a tolerance + - and your can read/write on the edge outside these discs
tolerances. They may be delivered, but it is generally more economical to replace the disk.

  • Help PPCS4 don't READ DO NOT MADE

    Hey everybody,

I had the Premiere Pro since I left Avid when I discovered that Premiere Pro was simply faster and the ability to use plug-ins that were not available to Avid.

I have a serious problem.  I tried to solve it myself for four days in a row and it was a real hell. I don't have a solution, so I came on my forum preferred because one of you geniuses probably has the answer.

I just upgraded PP CS4 several days ago, when windows 7 is released.  My problem is that whenever I visited FX then close the project and open it back up PP CS4 does not show the video for rendering.  In addition, my peak files are rerendered everytime I open this same project.  It is serious because there is no way that I can open old projects if PIC files must be recreated each time.  Some of these older projects are almost an hour long

Nothing of what has happened in CS2.  It may also be because Windows 7 has blocked access to my seven drives external hard so if one knows what the needs of security to be on because I gave all access to my external drives without results?

Here's what I can tell you all that is not the problem:

    1. I looked in the folder of rendered files and the names of the rendered clips do not change in name.  The name as PP gives them remain the same.

    2. that made PP renders a completely new clip next to the clip made old, which is the same clip that I made the last time that the project was the opening.  I rerendered the same clip so several times trying to figure out what was the problem there are seven melted clips that were all the same.

3 PP CS4 is read the rendered clips to halfway through the opening because when I deleted the folder of rendered files it asks where the folder is.  However, when I take out the garbage and he back and starts so I still have to made.  Rendering is incredibly important to me, as if it was for most of you, since I use a lot of FX in PP CS4 or I do color correction and then do the FX in a program of FX.

    4. in addition, all this is done in a new project that I created for pp cs4.  I'm afraid to open my old projects since I certainly don't want to see these projects I've been working so hard on not being able to be made.

    5. it does the same thing on other new projects.

    6. my rendered files are usually on a drive esata external hard, however, I moved my files that are made to the c drive to see if that was the problem, and the problem was still there?

    7. I ran pp as an administrator and has not helped.

As you can see them all I tried everything I could think of to try to fix things on mine until I came here.  :-)  I even spent several hours to read old threads here and couldn't find anything.

My best guess is that hard drives will not PP read render files and I tried all the settings.  If anyone has a photo setting in Windows 7 or Vista there are other drives which have made it files on?  Or is it something else?

I don't know if it has to do directly with the problem, but when I start PP CS4 a pop up window comes up with "failed to load the Module. ' dehaupt DH_SoftDist 1,2 +' '.

Please help as my computer is my life,

    Knight of FX

    Quad Core OC to 3.6

GeForce 9800gtx OC for FX plug-ins that like to use the video card

    Windows 7

Eight hard drives (including raptors like drive C)

    4 GB of ram memory

There are a number of questions here. Given that you are logged on as administrator, UAC (user account control) set to off. Settings panel of configuration/system and Security/Action Center / Exchange User Account Control.

Then in disk management, make sure that each external drive has a unique drive letter and fixed. Mark each disk with the given drive letter, so that you know the one with the letter K will always letter K.

Then check each disk by right-clicking on the drive in my computer, select Properties, go to the Security tab and ensure that full access is set. If this is not the case, change the security settings to allow free access.

After removing CS2 after installing CS4 may be violating some registry settings (at least that was the case with CS3 and CS4), then I suggest to reinstall CS4.

These steps are likely enough to solve the problem.

  • is there anyway that I can simply download a VPS Windows version on a disk or a flash drive and reinstall the OS in this way?

Original title: Windows Vista Edition Family Premium Situation!

So, my desktop came with Windows Vista Home Premium, which I didn't know until about five minutes when I tried to use a password reset and it came with an error message. Being a little smarter I have myself give credit, I found that the password reset I used (I had gotten my laptop) has been installed only for Windows 7 because it is the operating system on my laptop. I have no idea if the office came with a disk recovery or not, since my mother bought the display instead of in the box as most of the people get it. I can't get to the desktop because my mother has forgotten his password and is the administrative account and this is the only account available. I decided that I need to reinstall Windows Vista Home Premium to the computer but I don't want to buy a version of it, if I can't, anyway I can just download a Windows VPS on a disc or flash drive and reinstall the OS in this way? There is no available legal vista download.

And you make a reset disk on that machine, not another machine and make you before you forget the password, not afterwards.

If this is not applicable, you must reinstall the operating system.

  • How to get windows xp re - install for installing the flash drive to the computer error portable "windows\system32\config\system".

My Acer Aspire One has error "windows\system32\config\system" How can I get a copy of windows xp original usb? When I bought the

computer laptop windows xp made & paid for. Product key is on the back. Can I download & reinstall using a flash drive?

C:\Windows\system32\config\system is one of the files that make up the system registry.  Backups of the system registry files are kept in the 'C:\System Volume Information' folder under the system restore program.  Probably all you need to do is copy of registry backups in the Windows\system32\config folder.  A reinstall of windows may not be necessary.

To do this is to start your machine from a free "Live Linux" thumb drive.  You can create a startup disk Ubuntu here:

Follow the instructions of "Try me" and you should be able to copy backups of registry in place.  Windows has "Hidden doubling" the System Volume Information folder, but Linux doesn't seem to have any problems with it.  After starting from the Thumb Drive Linux, follow the instructions in the following article from part 2, step 6, using the graphical interface of Linux to copy files (right click copy, make a right click Paste) instead of the lines of command in the article.  With a little patience, you can restore the registry from a backup, and be back in operation

  • Windows 7 continues default installation does not no driver for HD audio on a working one.

    Hello

I have a problem with the realtek HD audio driver in Windows 7 Pro x 64. My audio is an integrated sound card Realtek HD (realtek alc660 6-channel codec) on motherboard, Asus k8v - vm SE. Fresh after installation of Windows 7, it installs its default HD audio driver and says, it works (in the Device Manager it says, that the device works properly), but in the list of devices in reading (in the speaker system tray icon menu) there is no peripheral, so finally there is no noise. There is no problem, given that Realtek has its own drivers for Win7 x 64 available, which work just fine (ver. 2.39 R at the moment). The problem is that, after every single boot computer, Windows installs back its own drivers by default, which as I have already said do not work. The curious part is that it does not retrieve them after reboot, but only after the turn of market.

I think the problem lies in the fact that Realtek drivers are not certified, and the MS drivers are of course. I think that Windows is to choose the latter, because it believes they are safer (workin Realtek & non certified drivers vs MS pseudo-travail & certified drivers).

Someone has suggestions how to stop the installation of defective Win7 drivers? Installation of those appropriate to each boot is not very practical.

    Kind regards
    Dominik

    Hello

    1. the first solution didn't work, but it made me realize, that the pilot was not recovering but it was deleted and then recovered with the standard procedure (certified drivers > uncertified drivers). In addition, it was everything at random, when the driver has been deleted - sometimes it worked very well after stop and sometimes not.
    2. second solution can be followed only partially. Can I uninstall the device, but I cannot uninstall the Windows driver (maybe because the system is assuming that MS is the most trusted provider). Of course, I am able to uninstall third-party drivers, but I'm not ready to delete the driver from Realtek (I tried this however).

3 following the first solution that I found, that Windows still prefer certified above drivers is not certified. So I came up with an idea to remove the default window driver and disable the function of downloading drivers from Windows Update. It was quite tricky, because I found, I have (the administrator of the system without restriction) am not able to even list the driver file (c:\Windows\System32\drivers\HdAudio.sys), not to mention the actual deletion of the file. It's funny that I managed to the list by using the search function, but I was not yet able to delete, so I rebooted a LiveCD and deleted from there. I also removed copies of the folder in the places, where Windows Update downloads. After that it seems to work fine now.

    4. I suggest Microsoft to release a fix or sth, that will not Windows 7 install the default driver for this particular unit, since it does not work. Or allow users to decide which drivers they prefer to use - even is not certified, because it may not be an isolated case, when a certified driver is not of works, but a certified, does not it is preferred and used. Or force the producers to certify their drivers somehow.

    Kind regards
