"Windows 7 Build 7601, copy of windows is not genuine"!

I turned on my computer this morning and a casual CHKDSK (happens perhaps once a month, could be a damaged hard drive) has started to perform before as the splash screen, deleting files and recovery.
When it's over, it took ten minutes to load office and messages of the shows "Windows 7 Build 7601 copy of windows" not authentic down to the right of my office with a black background. Also, I opened Firefox and was missing a file, 'nspr4.dll", perhaps because of the CHKDSK command, deleting the fake corrupt file (who does a lot), but Firefox works now.
I looked for a solution as a click right on my computer properties and then going to activate windows, but it says: "not available". I've seen people showing their diagnostic report, but I don't know how to check this.

According to Dell, your system is still under warranty - I suggest that you contact and ask a set of recovery discs and those who use instead - you'll need to back up your data to external data first.

You can not find it. I put t understand your question. If you use OS Toshiba you n t need activation code, but if not you and if pre-installed OS is installed with the installation of Microsoft disk you need to pay for a valid license.

That your laptop has a certificate of authenticity of Windows on the bottom of the laptop?

If it, write it down and then right click on the error message and choose activate. Activate by phone, that's what you use. It takes a little of your time to navigate the menu, but it is worth.

I might need to enter the key on which is located on the battery (but how when I can not change the key)

I also have a recovery disk (that came with the computer) which can reinstall windows 7 {last resort}

Well, a few days ago, I had repeated problems where after my machine has started, things were not running right. Several programs that start automatically at startup were suspended, others were not run at all and I had to reboot several times in a row until I was a session that would normally be. Have you tried to restart by phone?

How to activate Windows 7 manually (activate by phone)

1) click Start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4

(2) press the ENTER"" key.

(3) select your "country" in the list.

(4) choose the option "activate phone".

(5) stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.

(6) explain your problem clearly to the support person.

This copy of Windows is not genuine. Windows 7 Build 7601

Microsoft messages reappear that my Windows is not genuine and it must be re-bought. My copy is authentic and I have the product key, but the MS site telling me there is an error 0X8007000D code when I get it. I've had no problems with this product number works very well in the past. I glued the diagnosis MS report below. Any help appreciated.
