  I managed to solve my problem.  The problem was Trusteer Raport endpoint protection IBM System.  I discovered how to stop, (there is a program on the start menu to start and stop it) and then I can stop the service in the background.  I can then run the backup OK.

  I just bought a new machine and I am trying to set up parental controls. I have windows Vista Home Premium... When Parental control is disabled, YM works, but when it is turned ON, even if the setting is "Allow all Web sites" (which is not make sense because that's what Parental control is all about), but it's the last option I did and so far, my children still can connect to YM. They can use it only when they run it as administrator and means that I always have to type my password, but this is not practical, because I work.

I don't want my crash machine just because of games... but when I try ro turn ON User Account Control, some games are always asking my permission... like when they play DotA, the software application on my external hard drive.

  Thanks for posting on Microsoft Answers.  Try the suggestion below and see if it solves the problem.

  Open Windows Explorer
  Go to where is installed Yahoo Messenger
  Right click on the .exe file that launches Yahoo messenger
  (C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\YahooMessenger.exe)
  Click on properties
  Click compatibility
  Check the run as administrator of
  Click on apply
  Click OK

  In the Parental control, you may need to allow that all listed under c:\Progam files\Yahoo\common and c:\program files\yahoo\companion\Intsalls\cpn

  If you still have questions, you may need to give the users group full control to yahoomessenger.exe

• Windows 7 won't print on Windows XP Kodak ESP 3250 printer.

  I am able to access all files on the Windows XP desktop from my Windows 7 laptop.  However, I can't print.  The printer indicates in my devices on my Windows 7 computer. It shows installed.  The 'shared' selection is checked on both computers.  I installed the software for Windows XP desktop and I installed the software for Windows 7 on my laptop.  I reinstalled the software several times, pilots and etc.  I rebooted the computer and disconnected and reconnected the printer.  I am still unable to print from my Windows 7 laptop after working on this all day.  Help, please!

  According to our system requirements, Windows 10 is not an operating system for first Pro CS5. So the right answer to your question is technically, 'no '. I'm marking as correct because it is the right answer.

  That said, I hope that others can weigh in on their experiences and will let us know gaps WIN 10 and CS5, etc.. OK for running older software is to "lock" on the best OS for the software and avoid to update.

  If you must run a new OS, consider purchasing a different startup disc to install the new OS, so you can leave your 'mounted machine' functional.

  I agree with Luke. It of really impossible that this error would be caused by one of the tools updated Toshiba.

  I see in your post a few notifications on DivXsm.exe which is placed in the system32 folder and Skype.exe.

  In my opinion, there is a compatibility issue with 3rd party applications that are installed on your laptop.
  I have no idea why this has happened after the execution of some updates, but it seems that the system has been confusing upward.

  As suggested by Luke, you could start the recovery using the Toshiba HDD recovery option.

  I'm currently on the Page Embedded Server (ESP), functionality of the LabVIEW webservices script and keep receiveing an error when you try to view a page.

  I find that the AddressBook example works fine, unless I try and add an additional variable to the model, then the same error occurs.

  I have attached a sample project which shows the same behavior, and the error is less.

  Tested on LabVIEW 2014 (14.0.1 SP1) 32-bit on 64-bit Windows 7.

  I worked on your code today and we managed to reproduce and to fix the error you saw.
