Windows 7 home 64 bit authentic can reactivate or re - register

Help!  My home edition of Windows 7 64-bit, genuine and paid for, has been activated for more than a year. Everything was fine until there is a message saying that Windows only authentic not started to appear, with a link for activation of the line 30 days.

On the activation line simply did not work.

Tried to phone activation, it did not work.

Called Microsoft, who confirmed that it is a genuine copy of Windows and he talked me through several solutions, none worked.

A ran chkdsk and scannow. Still could not activate Windows.

Found slmgr /dlv, where it shows that it is on his "grace period" of 30 days, with a countdown to it ending.

Managed to reset the count to 30, but once again, he turns to 0.

A run of Microsoft Diagnostic tool (see below, I deleted the activation ID, PIN, they were all correct).

This is the part that seems to relate to being authentic and active Windows or not.

I see that the Validation Code is 0

and a little further down there are two file incompatibilities (although I don't know whether or not they are relevant).

At the bottom, it says there is no table SCLID in the BIOS, I know volume licensing issues, but I can't find anything online on SCLID tables for individual users.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem.

There is no such thing as Windows XP 64-bit Edition.  OEM machines are supposed to have a sticker with the product key on the computer somewhere.  You never did a full backup or an image of the disc on another drive?  If so, the key can be retrieved from the backup or image.

Can I install lightroom 5 on Windows vista home 32 bits andhow many computers can I install it on? I'm afraid that if my computer rejects lightroom I will get a second chance.

    Bunkieboy,

Lightroom 4 and later will not install or run on the 32-bit editions and 64-bit of Windows XP Edition family or professional

Lightroom 5 et seq. will not install or run on 32-bit editions of Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1 for Windows and Mac OS 10.6.x

Lightroom CC will not install or run on Mac OS 10.7.x

Please see system requirements for Lightroom for more information.

You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it one at a time. Lightroom is the exception because it is a cross-platform product, so it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms.

If the family license for Windows 7 Edition Premium you plan to install are preinstalled on HP, then the license agreement prevents you from doing. This is because it is an OEM license, OEM licenses are not transferable computer on it are preinstalled.

The OEM of Windows 7 versions are identical to the versions commercial full license with the following exception:

-OEM versions don't offer any free direct support from Microsoft technical support Microsoft

-OEM Licenses are tied to the computer first you install and activate it on

-OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard

-OEM versions does not move directly from an older Windows operating system

If it is a retail license, you can proceed to install it on your Mac and reactivate by phone.

If its a license upgrade, the machine or virtual machine (Parallels) must have a previous qualifying installed license.

However, the requirements for the media upgrade is that you have an operating system already eligible such as Windows XP or Vista installed to use it. Since the Windows 7 end user license agreement.

15 UPDATES. To use upgrade software, you must first be licensed for the software that is eligible for the upgrade. After the upgrade, this agreement takes the place of the agreement for the software that you upgraded. After upgrade, you can no longer use the software that you upgraded.

So, if you are always denied, you will just have to reinstall Windows XP or Vista and let it do the verification of eligibility.

Hello, I use a Dell Inspiron with Windows 10 Home (64-bit) desktop computer and can't update iTunes to version 12.4.1.  After I check the box of iTunes to install the new version, I get an error message stating:

Errors occurred during the installation of the updates. If the problem persists, choose Tools > download only and try to install manually.

Any help that you could provide to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

The more information box has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.

Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

    halloah,
Your previous was not clear.  If you buy an upgrade to Windows 7, you will get a product key so that it can be activated.  If you do not have a key, you will need to contact the company you bought Windows 7 from. Mike - Engineer Support Microsoft Answers

I'm using windows 7 Home Edition premium, when I install a Chinese program, can't the Chinese word, I check in msn.com, they said need to download for the LIPS, finally, I discovered that microsoft have vista for the LIPS, is not Windows 7 LIP language!

    can anyone help?

    Hi ck yap.

In Windows Home Premium, you will not be able to change the display except French, Spanish, German, Japanese and English language.

To change your display in Chinese language, you need to purchase Windows 7 Upgrade Ultimate License. After that, you must download and install Multi User Interface Language pack from Windows Update and install it to modify and use your programs display in Chinese language.

Please see the link below for how to do to get the additional display language and edit them.

  • What is the best software dock for windows 7 home premium64 bits?

I am using windows 7 Home premium 64-bit. What is the best doc for my pc software...?

I think that atm Dock all programs DO NOT support native 64 so they will work, but some things do not work properly.
Don't come on a guy and him say no to install the 3rd party thing, I'm sorry, but the world revolves around more than the operating system.
I've been dying to use ObjectDock, but until they support 64-bit I won't use it until it runs as 32 bits, that was awesome.
Personally to customize my desktop atm I use hyper-desk which is an excellent add-on.

Hope this helps and if you have 8gig of ram in your system, then who cares programs how you have running.
I use less than 25% with all my WASTE running.

Soon and happy new year to you all.

  • Lost DVD Windows 7 Home Premium so where can I download it?

New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.

This is how the recovery partition is available for the most popular brands

For Dell, press CTRL + F11 directly after switching on the device

  • I lost the standard windows color scheme on my windows 7 Home Basic. How can I restore it?

My windows 7 standard colors suddenly lost after I used the quick heal PC tuner. I adjust my PC several times before, but this never happened. Now the list of system colors shows that the conventional windows and four high-contrast themes. My color palette is set to the classic look. Is it possible to restore my standard color scheme? I am using windows 7 Home Basic and I keep the windows updates turned off because my network connection is a bit slow.

I would open a system restore (type 'restore' in your Start menu search box to find it) and come back in until you have used the program to heal.  System restore only takes 2 minutes and not lose any of your files (it only restores system files and the registry settings).

And concise consider a Pro, never use all programs 'tune up '.  Trust me.  You wouldn't believe how much I earn people charging to address what's going on.  Windows is robust and takes care of himself these days.
