Windows 7 not genuine error

My employer (a very large company) has improved my DELL OptiPlex 755 to windows 7 from XP.

About 6 months ago, my Department got new computers and I could buy my DELL from the employer.  I was able to remove all requirements for network credentials and start without a password and all THE programs that have been installed by my company.

I bought legally, had the blessing of my company and recently my desktop is black and the popups saying my windows is not genuine.

I have not received a disc of Windows 7 or a key that he seems to have been a generic key used when I logged in our business network.  The only programs I have on the PC are SAGETV for my PVR needs, but also the drivers for the new video card and the tuners I've installed at home.  Except that it's clean.

How to authenticate this installation?  The only key I have comes from the XP installation original came with the PC when I ordered it for my Department several years ago. Our IT Department must have used a license key generic that has been authenticated periodically when I logged in at work.

I would be happy to provide MS my service of DELL or any other information code to authenticate this version of windows.

I suspect that you have a company key (KMS) who need to communicate with a server on a regular basis.  You can check the status by running this

    A few months ago, crashed my XP system.   Made to a local computer repair guy.  Had to do a little DIY but for the most part everything was fine.  This morning, after an update has been installed, then I started to get these messages.  It remains on my desktop that keeps going black.  I looked through other users ' questions, and it seems that there are different solutions for each person.  Then, I ran diagnostics and it is what mine is came up with...     I tried to reinstall Windows on a machine running Windows 7 Build 7601 made-to-measure and now I get a "this copy of Windows is not genuine error» I was trying to transfer the operating system of a 30 GB SSD to a new 90 GB SSD as the space available on the 30 GB version has been insufficient.

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

    I really need to clean all drives and reinstall from scratch on the 90 GB SSD drive, but I'm not able to get order of format etc.

    I got my computer, better said my hard drive with my OS (Windows 7 Ultimate) about this since the beginning of 2010. In 2012, I built my first computer and kept my hard drive containing windows said to save money. Obviously, this was a success, not a hiccup. Now, today (15/03/2015) my OS decides to post in the lower right corner that "this copy of Windows is not genuine" "error 7601" Build. Normally that wouldn't be a problem since most keep people there codes. I did BUT I recently moved and my not so smart friend dumped my old computer parts. BUT NOT ONLY THAT - it's the first time I turned on my computer in 5 months. so 5 months previously, it was very good. Now, I got freaked out still am cause I can't afford to buy a new OS. but I digress, so panicked I'm racking my brain trying to figure out what to do. The windows updates all the time. I let go for a walk to clear my head and when I got home... ALL WAS GOOD the authentic not been deleted and everything was fine. UNTIL I turned the PC and came back later (literally like im this announcement) I need a fix, cause I can not afford to buy a new key, let alone will not buy something that was legally bought and paid for. If someone can tell me what I need to, I need to provide to you guys to help me would be appreciated.

    PS. I would phone validation but I have a terrible speech impediment so I do not talk on phones to cause a problem would take hours to solve in 15 minutes. ;\

    Hi all...

    If I had already installed 10 Windows on my laptop and it says so on my Microsoft account, but I had to reinstall Windows 7 for some reason any...

    So I was updating my laptop so that I can get 10 Windows installed again, I got the Windows Get 10 App and was about to install Windows 10 when this happened...

  • Windows 7 is not genuine & error 0xC004F063 code

    Recently the windows phone 7 OS ultimate, said that this copy of windows is not genuine, so I tried to go online to solve.

    When I went to the website they told me to go to (http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/DownloadValidationSupport.aspx?displaylang=en&Error=52&sGuid=0491ab8d-4e8e-45ce-8fab-f03615d59081&OSV=6.1.7600.2.00010100.0.0.001.00.1033&GenuineInfo=C004F063&ls=3), I downloaded the update and after it finished I clicked "continue" but it kept telling me to wait for it to finish installing, even though it has already finished. So, not help.

    When I tried to enter the activation code provided with the computer, it says that it does not work with my version of Windows 7 (more funny thing is, my computer came with a disk called "Windows 7" professional but after I installed it on my computer, it appears under Windows 7 ULTIMATE).

    When I used a program to find my true activation code, error 0xC004F063 code came. I read somewhere that the difficulty I have downgrade to my previous version of Windows, which is XP, and re-setting level to Windows 7. I tried to do, but I never got past the 2nd step, which tells me to insert the Windows 7 disc in my drive and restart the computer. The Windows Installer never came after the reboot window.

    Can someone tell me please how to fix the error 0xC004F063 code? I think this is the root of all the problems, because I do not think that any product key will work due to this error code. And please don't tell me to contact Microsoft technical support or anything like that because I don't have the time or patience to go through these steps, so please tell me directly how to solve.

    Activate Windows 7 manually:
    1. click on start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4

    2. press enter on your keyboard

    3. Select your country.
    4. Select the telephone activation option and brace yourself for a real person.
