I want to give my phone to my daughter. I bought a year ago, when I broke my leg and couldn't sit at my desk. I need is no longer. It has 8GB memory and 1 GB of hard drive.

If you upgraded from vista to windows 7 using vista as part of the upgrade: No.
the vista license/product key is linked as part of this process of upgrading to windows 7
and if vista was preinstalled on your computer, it is an OEM license and is linked to the original machine on which it is installed
It cannot be transferred to another machine
only retail licenses can be transferred to another machine
and the rule is still a license = one facility

I keep trying to cancel and it said to contact someone but then just goes round and round with instructions and keeps back me to the same place. There is no need to cancel a free trial. They expire on their own. If you recently bought Creative cloud software and it is showing to try or buy, please log into your account with your adobe ID and confirm that it shows the appropriate subscription: https://www.adobe.com/account.html
