  • You can load the drivers on a windows xp vhd?

My phone has the fine as a mass storage device, but when I put it in debug mode it will not come to look for more. Can you please help? This is necessary for a long time. Thank you.

You would load drivers in Windows XP the same as you used for Windows XP virtual machine.  Start the virtual machine, then follow the instructions of the manufacturer for the loading of drivers.

Be aware that these drivers work that from within the virtual machine, they will not do your camera is working in Windows Vista 64-bit.

As a member of the forum REO advise you, that it is in the BIOS. During that when you run the recovery with a factory image recovery media, as soon as you connect the Windows 8.1 will be activated on its own.

  • Where can I find the Windows Media Player for WIN 7 Pro 32 Bit?

My windows media player will not open. I upgraded from Windows 7 starter to windows 7 Professional recently. I have windows 7 32-bit professional. I tried to use the 64-bit (this is all that is available on the windows site, but my computer says this is not the right program and will not install it.) Where can I find the WMP for WIN 7 Pro 32 Bit?

Unless you have an "N" of Windows 7 edition, you must have Windows Media Player. If you have an "N" edition, please visit:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/is-is/Windows7/products/what-is-Windows-7-N-Edition

For more details and a download link.

The case, first try to find the executable file for Windows Media Player and create a new shortcut from that.

    1. open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer).

    2. navigate to:

    C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player

    3. find the file named wmplayer.exe and then right-click on it and create a shortcut on the desktop.

    4. test the shortcut.

If the above does not work, try:

    1. click on Start (lower-left) and then on Control Panel.

    2. click on programs and features.

    3. on the left side of the screen, click on 'Windows turn features on or off".

    4. look for the entry called multimedia features, expand it, and then *check the box next to Windows Media Player.

    5. click on OK.

    6. restart the PC.

    * If the Windows Media Player box is already checked, uncheck the box , click OK, restart your PC, then do steps 1-6 above.

  • Windows Media Player in Win 7 64 RC doesn't play WMV or show pictures

    Hello
I'm desperately looking for a solution to this weird problem:
I recently had to reinstall my Win 7 RC 64.
After a clean install and all MS updates have been installed (including sound and video card drivers) my Windows Media Player will not play videos or show pictures.
The clean SAMPLE video wildlife HD (.) WMV) will not appear. All I get is sound. Also, if I double click on an image in the player it gives error "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem while playing the file. Are you serious? PLAYBACK OF THE FILE?
Now, if I double click on the image outside of the player, his record shows it.
In regard to video, Windows Media Center is playing fine without a hitch.
What happens ____? This is a new installation, and it is even impossible to read its own file types?
I tried several solutions suggested in similar subjects without result:
I went to control panel > sound > Speaker > advanced and unchecked "enable audio enhancements".
I tried to open command prompt with admin power and use only the "sfc/scannow" and he said no problem have been detected or fixing necessary.
I also tried to recreate the databases of the media player and the same problem.
I don't think at this point it's a thing of codec (Media Center plays without problem).
    WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before that I have re-installed the copy, it worked without a problem!
    System information:
    Lenovo Thinkpad z61t 9440 AMU.
Video card: Intel 945 express chipset family.
    Sound: Soundmax HD audio
    Processor: Intel core 2 2.00 GHZ T7200

Please, I'm desperate and I spent hours pulling my hair already cleared to come up with a reasonable answer.

  • repair a Windows 7 oem, with win 7 retail disk

    Hi all

our dell workstation has a loop when starts up after a power failure: raid 1 with intel it'ok, Member of disc 2 are green, post OK, windows starts with the logo, but after a few seconds, the blue screen and reboot ever, claim compensation... not possible to auto repair.

the COA said... Dell Windows 7 Professional OA so I guess this is an OEM installation with preactivated license, we have no dell installation dvd disc and we do not have the time to ask him to support, we must return to production if it is possible with a REPAIR not a facility CLEAN, then YES only with iso downloaded from retail to your links.

I also tried the first solution, same question:

    last knon good congiguration.

    safe mode,

repair online of F8 and startup repair, online and system restore also the chkdsk command (I see System D partition so I can access disks seems are ok, like raid 1)

Start with vga... .Nothin same issue, to the point of boot. We will also try to "disable automatic restart after system failure" to see the blue crash error, but I think that the latter is a REPAIR of a win 7 pro x 64 retail dvd offline, I downloaded your link and burn it.

    MY QUESTION:

If I boot in detail don't drive not oem dell disk and I try INSTALLATION offline repair, after this test, a start-up repair and select the system partition, if the pc starts OK, must reactivate my copy of windows? or the file with other files local license certificate OEM Dell is deleted?

If YES, all ok, but I have to activate again my win 7, can I do that only with the product code to change with my phone COST and MS? or I need to install my dell with slmgr.vbs certificate first and THEN change product code with key COST? So the question is WHERE can I find this backup file?

and if restart fails too, you can also try the system restore of the retail dvd, what about activating windows in this case?

Another suggestion if everything breaks down?

    Thank you for your attention

See my Windows reinstallation Guide / a Clean Install of Windows 7: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/f/3524/t/19480753.aspx

You can use the retail .iso image file to try a repair installation if it works you should not be prompted to activate the product.

If you perform a new installation, you can do this by using the retail .iso image file, in this case, you will need to enter the 25-digit number on the COA product key and activate it by phone to Microsoft. The guide provides complete instructions on how to do this. In the worst case that you can not activate your product at all that you can use a non activated version of Windows 7 as a 30 day trial, which should be ample time to ask the DVD from Dell.

  • Key USB bootable Windows created on PC Win for iMac

    Hello

Hard drive in the iMac to my uncle recently crashed beyond the period of guarantee (bought 3 years ago). Repair and check orders gave an error. Only option seems to erase the partition class and create a new, but he has files that it contains so I would like to find a better solution and besides, there is no guarantee that I'll be able to install a new OS on the drive hard as the hard drive seems to be the cause of the problem - it's clicking. When we turn on the Mac, only gray screen and loading time for eternity circle. Google search did not help. My uncle paid $1800 at BestBuy for a so-called quality iMac only run in a hard drive potentially died 3 years later. && ^ & ce $@$*. I told him not to buy an iMac that I never used their and had no idea how to fix them either, but after all, forums and discussions I've scoured, it seems, NOBODY, not even Apple, has an idea on how to solve this problem. So hopefully someone here can tell me if it is possible to create a Bootable USB drive for Windows on a Windows PC for USE on a IMAC, DATA on IT WITHOUT CLEAR ALL MY UNCLE! If that's the case, then please provide instructions. Your help is very appreciated! Thank you!

The answer to your question is no.  Windows must be installed using BootCamp for BootCamp provides the drivers for Windows which is necessary for the Mac hardware.  Windows is also able to read natively an HFS volume +.  You are better off starting the recovery internet computer and then install OS X on an external drive.  If you hear clicking on the internal hard disk, then it is an indicator that there is a hardware failure with the hard drive for data recovery is not always possible.

  • Operating repair of windows CD installation problem - win 2 k 3 Dell poweredge servers

I saved a Windows 2003 standard server (C drive and the system state) using windows backup and restored to a freshly installed Windows 2003 standard Server - effectively cloning the server installed.  (that is to say, boot from the installation CD, select install windows, press F8, select detected installed OS and press 'R' to repair)

When I do this, after he copied the files on the hard drive and it recharges, it hangs shortly after starting windows screen.  It seems that whenever that happens, I have to run Windows 2003 a second time (I choose ultimately "press ENTER to retry the upgrade,") before he's going to fix the system successfully enough that I can then apply SP2 and all subsequent WinUpdates.

What is different about the second compared to the first repair attempt?

Is it possible to tell the system to start with so I know I need to do?

    Hey Joe,

Your question is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for Windows Server on TechNet forum. Please ask your question in the TechNet Windows Server général forum.
