Windows 8 does not start with an error code: 0x000000f.

Original title: trouble with pc problem.

When I start my pc which has windows 8 on it. It is said

Recovery

your pc needs to be repaired

the application or the operating system could not be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors

File: \windwos\system32\winload. EFI

error code: 0x000000f

you will need to use the tools of recovery on your installation media. If you don't have any installation media (such as the disk or a usb device). Contact your system administrator or the pc manufacturer.

I tried to restore and recover the system, but it did not work. reset does not work. I tried chkdsk via the command prompt, but it says "unable to forward the message recorded in the log of the events with the 50 State". I m not professional and my pc vendor has no me recovery CD too. What to do please help.

Hello

(1) a free trial of Norton or McAfee has already been installed?

(2) you are able to start Windows via Safe Mode?

(3) do you see this message when you switch on for the first time under Windows?

As you do not have installation disks which usually (and should of!) come with the computer, please see the following article:

Create an installation media for Windows 8.1.

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

Then, you can follow these steps which have been drafted by Sébastien M:

a. Insert the media such as (DVD or USB key) and press the F12 key and click cdefault Hanger or any other option located at the bottom of the screen.

b. in the next screen, click troubleshoot option, this will show you different options of WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment) to solve the problems with the computer when it is in no State to start.

c. now click on repair automatic, this will open a wizard that automatically diagnose and repair problems with starting the computer.

Let me know the status of the issue after following the steps above.

Thank you.

Thanks for posting with us.  If you are able to boot mode safe mode with command prompt, and then run this command:

    Chkdsk /r

It is also possible that this happens if there is a registry problem.  You can consult this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307545

If they do not help, then you will need to use the recovery options that are available from HP to perform a repair installation or a parallel installation.

  • Windows 7 does not start with TV VGA monitor

Basic information: Dell Inspiron 530 desktop, CPU Intel, 2 Gig RAM, Windows 7, using the integrated video.

I bought a TV with a VGA input and tried to use it as a monitor.  The computer was running when I connected the VGA to TV.  The computer recognizes the TV, game screen resolution, etc..  After that I turned the computer off and tried to restart it, it wouldn't start.  There is no video output.  If I connect to a VGA monitor, it came out, and then I can connect to the TV.  TV manufacturer was no help.  Why my computer will not recognize the TV to start?

    Thank you.

    Elder salvation,

    Thanks for the reply.

The computer is not designed for Windows 7 and Dell does not have the drivers for the computer with Windows 7.

Basically you can not get drivers for this pc.

You can try to visit the Intel Web and automatic detection tool and cehck Intel if it can help you to get the drivers.

Additional information: Please check for optional updates and install all updates for the computer.

Hope this helps and please let us know the status.

  • Windows 7 does not start with the new msi motherboard

Yesterday, I bought a new motherboard, processor and 8g of ram in my computer. After all what adjustment and replacement of my old motherboard with the new, I started my computer to find that Windows 7 unbootable not. Instead of windows 7, I get the screen click on BIOS II (2). The configuration screen allows me to launch Winki but not Windows 7 because it was not found. The motherboard came with a utility disk drivers msi and AMD chipset which, when inserted in my hard disk, loads up to Winki. This version of windows 7 (Home Premium 64-bit) came pre-installed with my old mother/computer(Thus, I do not have the windows 7 installation disk) card. Is there a way I need to activate Windows 7 on my new motherboard?

    Hello

Well, you have some problems. First of all, with a new motherboard you need a new copy of Windows - not only the DVD, but a whole new product key must be purchased. It's just the terms of the license: a new motherboard is equivalent to a new computer, and each computer must have its own copy of Windows.

So where you buy your copy of Windows 7, I would make sure that it came with a DVD image. Otherwise, you can tell us which version of Windows 7 you (will) actually buy, and we can send you a link to the copy of the DVD for this version of Windows 7.

To purchase a copy of Windows 7 you can check Newegg.com, here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=windows+7&N=-1&isNodeId=1 .

I hope that answers your question.

  • Windows XP Home Edition does not start: System Configuration Error Code purple?

I ran recently on my Windows XP Home Edition SP3 computer system recovery and once the recovery is finished I rebooted the system and then this message and I'm stuck here.

I don't have any disc that came with the computer because it was very long ago already. I tried to download the 'Home Edition Set Up disk for Floppy Boot Installation of Windows XP"Microsoft, but I can't launch the ff:

    Windows XP Home Edition
    Windows XP Home Edition SP1
    Windows XP Home Edition SP2

I can't create the configuration of disk for home edition, SP1, and SP2 because this computer I use currently is a 64 bit and no floppy drive. That's why I downloaded this instead:

Help, please! So I'm panicking here, just yesterday, I tried to download the update to Itunes, and it did not work. So I followed the instructions and uninstalled the program first, but one of the applications does not uninstall correctly. I thought I could just substitute with the update and replace. The error code was 2203.

So I thought it was right after the download all itunes thing, and when I came back to check on the download, the screen turned to this black thing with words on this subject. I decided to force closing down by pressing the power button. Now everytime I turn on the computer, it leads to the screen saying 'windows is loading files', then this blue screen with a very large arrow (the mouse). • Windows Vista does not start upward, with success since the closure complete

    Hello world

I actually had this problem for a long time, but I'm just now to a point where I'm ready to take a lead in fixing it.

I can't identify when it started, but Windows Vista does not start upward, with success of a full stop. He gets to the screen where, in general, the green bars will travel across the screen, but the green bars will not come. The screen looks dim and sits there, with the text of the copyright of Microsoft Corporation. So, after not having on the mound, I have to manually shut down the computer by holding down the power button. When I try to start again, told me to go through the Startup Repair tool. If I jump the repair, I just have to meet the same problem - a computer that will not go beyond the screen "green bar".

So, I do the Startup Repair, and told me what I do for the restoration of the system. Windows starts normally after the restoration.

Don't forget, this happens from a full stop. To remedy this, I just never completely shut down my computer. I left running and back just at the beginning of the day. The computer may start restart, it just may not start with a full stop.

Given the start of repair takes, literally, around 4 or 5 hours of full stops complete, accidental or power outages are a nightmare, I am obliged to wait 5 hours to get access to the computer. Fortunately, I have my laptop.

If someone has encountered this? I saw people talking about the loop of startup repair, but that's not the point, I have. I have yet to see any discussion of my specific problem.

    Thanks in advance!
