  • How can I disable apps full screen in windows 8

For example - I read a PDF file, then it fills my monitor 24 inch with 1 file. I really need to fill about a third of my screen, so I can see the PDF, so I create the Word file, I'm trying. I want also several browser windows, a window of power point and excel in WINDOWS window, not full-screen. I NEVER do anything full-screen because it is so restrictive.

Start with something simple - like PDF reader? How can it NOT be full screen, because I NEVER want it to be full screen?

Windows 8 has a built-in PDF MS player, who always default to full screen and cannot be changed. The "issue" here comes from the execution of MS Windows 8 applications in mosaic.

Download an application external, like Adobe Reader and open the PDF file with this application and you can open the PDF file in a window very well.

  • How can I get a full screen when connecting to the internet, my screen display 1/4 when it is connected to the internet. I then optimize it

How do I get a full screen when I connect to the internet, my screen appears1/4 screen when I connected mthen should maximize it?

    Three options.

1: take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.

2: any shortcut you use to launch the window, right-click, and select Properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down list, choose "expanded".

I wish that applications Windows 8 is displayed in a window on computer laptop or desktop PC so that they can be freely resized and placed. "TechnoMage" said it can be done http://www.forumswindows8.com/general-discussion/how-make-apps-not-open-full-screen-7435.htm but I have not found how to for the Windows 8 Skype application.

Thanks for your ideas, Pierre KOHLER

    1. Windows 8 comes up with a different interface two one is the version of classic office who use us for most & second start screen (Interface Metro) version
    2. If you want to use Skype (freely resized version) you can use Skype client for desktop computer rather than use the splash screen that is displayed full screen with no options Minimize & Close.
    3. Applications of screen Windows 8 start cannot be reduced to a minimum, as we do on desktop

  • How to disable the mode full screen

The toolbar has disappeared. Can you tell me how to disable the mode full screen? Apparently this is going to give back me the toolbar.

    F11 activates / deactivates the mode full-screen.

Versions of Firefox 3.6 + have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.

Press the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open view > toolbars and select menu bar, so it has a check mark.

The F10 can also be used on most PCs to temporarily reveal the menu bar.

If he is suspended and the menu does not appear when you move the mouse to the top of the screen, then perhaps the shortcut works.

I have WIndows 7. My office used to demonstrate the sreen integralexecuterdes but now some re cropped images offshore or too small for the screen showing the black border around the image.

Are the part of the black edges of the Office that is can you put the mouse cursor or the icons in the black box, or the dark area "wasted space".

If the black box is "wasted space" around your office, then it is possible that you will need to adjust your monitor settings, etc., to fill the new image size screen.

If you can move things in black areas i.e. office is full screen but the image is not, then it may be the type of wallpaper in personalization, "position of the image.
