I think it's using the same product key that I have built the image on. These computers are coming for windows 10 license, so shouldn't the image using the product key from the bios?   Then I got a virus and decided to restore my laptop. Now it says that Windows is not active product key does not work, try a different key or buy a new one. It's *. A few months ago Samsung has replaced the motherboard for this thing, which seems to be the problem. But now Microsoft and Samsung give me the run around. I'm upset royally.   Our office has crashed to? virus? Back at the plant level. Desktop did not come with a recovery for XP Professional disk. Recovery disc of "Notebook", then was able to install XP w/Service Pack 2, I had previously bought from Best Buy. System would not accept the 'code' of XP discs, so I had to use the 'code' on the desktop (Code belonged to the XP Professional)
