  Look at the second half of the Figure 5-1, the 'Nested Table after destruction".  X (9), x.5 and x (2) elements have been removed, so the index values are 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10.  There is a gap between 1 and 3, another gap between 4 and 6 and another gap between 8 and 10.

  You could not use a simple FOR loop:

  When I use the knife on a shapeit tool leaves a space where I cut. First I thought it was just an illusion in the program, but there again I exported the image (both by "save under" in illustrator and 'export' in inDesign). I was making sure not to move the shapeafter I used the tool, so I don't think there should be a reason.

  I tried on different types of forms such as normal circles and more complex shapes. I also tried to start a new file from scratch but with the same result that be the reason? Is there a setting I should be aware of?

  Turn off anti-aliasing in the preferences and it should be gone.

  If you haven't tried stopping and restarting Windows because this problem occurred, I would suggest trying it. Some users have reported a problem after the updates of Windows where they see only partial information in Firefox, perhaps because of a problem of privileges.

  After a lot of work, I finally could restore my OS using Windows backup disks that I created a few years back. (The OS has been corrupted when the power has been accidentally deleted from the system and the battery was dead)

  Restoring backup widows put everything on 444 GB C drive.  Nothing I put on the SSD drive d:-20 GB and there is nothing in the tools of HP E: drive - 4 GB

  How can I make use of the SSD drive to help speed up the system?  I see the system starts and runs more slowly now.  I'm ready to blow the current operating system and re-run the Windows backup utility.  But I need to know how to use the SSD during the restoration.

  Any help is appreciated.

  The SSD in your laptop is used for a technology called Intel Smart Response. Intel Smart Response uses the SSD as a type of Cache smart to help load the items faster. The reason why that is not used currently is because the restoration of the system is not designed to use the SSD for intelligent caching and is not able to establish that on its own.

  What kind of backup do you have?  If it were a full image backup, restoring them will be difficult unless you restore the entire image.  If it was a normal backup of files and folders, it should be fairly simple.

  Here is an article on the restore procedure: http://www.vista4beginners.com/How-to-restore-files to make sure you do this right.  It's a selective restore of a full or selective backup (not a full restore from a full backup) - but since you did a full backup, it matches your process more closely than would a full restore.

When I go to manage Windows backup disk space, and then select backup period to remove the last date is 3/1, when I did the last backup. The date & time system is running with a date of 3/2.

  On my old computer (XP), I used app fast backup protection to back up my files to an external drive, Iomega hosted Media Network Hard (2 TB).  I have a new Dell PC with Windows 7 (64 bit) OS.  With the help of a cable I copied all the files from my XP to Windows 7 computer.  All the files on the external hard drive, copied to a "network".  I am able to view all the folders of the Iomega file, but I can't back up my files to protect fast has not been improved to work w/Win 7.  Quick protect is divided into 6 different discs (photo-U, V-ActiveFolders, W-Music, X-backups, Public-Y, Z-movies), Iomega recommends using backup Windows and restore.  "Before you start this process, I would like to know if Windows Backup and Restore will copy a new set of files and adding to what is there in the folder backup previous Player X or if it will start a"new"backup" folder on drive X.
