  In my view, that it is a software HP printer problem. Please, try the following:

  If you have the HP software on your PC support (printers, etc.)
  the disc when the pop-up window displays a location '1'. Click Browse
  then open the HP disc in the CD drive. A named icon status should
  appear. Click on this icon and load. This will get rid of the
  Status.msi loop.

  I recently bought and installed roxio creator 11. I have a big problem with it. whenever I try to play a music file or a video file (AVI), it tries to install roxio cineplayer.   The application of Crusher that you are having trouble with seems to be part of the suite McAfee that you have installed.

  Because McAfee tries to install the application either in full, or update the application, I'd first uninstall the application completely, then reinstall it if it's something that you would like to continue to use.
