• Windows live mail will not send any photo in the library

• Photo retouched in Windows Live Gallery does not copy over image library

  I really like the editing tools in the Gallery of Windows Live for Windows 7.  When I edit a photo and that you click on 'file' then 'copy', it does not save the edited version.  It worked only once (how, I don't know).

  If ever I get to save, how do you put this picture in your image library?  I use Photobucket to put my photos use on Web sites, but it is not a way to get into the Windows Live Gallery to get the edited photo (only accesses the pictures library).

  I've changed the 'read only', etc., for all those listed for total control and it still does not work.

  Help!  What is the key to get this working?

  I think that I thought about it.  Once I have change the photo, I can "make a copy" or simply copy.  He puts it in the library of peak with a # extra in addition to the image.  But I wouldn't have the original photo in his State "before editing", so I have to go back and return the pic back to its original form, but I still have a copy of the edited photo in the library that is was that I wanted to accomplish.

  But, the function "save under" would be simpler.  It seems with these tools in Windows Live Gallery, editing it is more work involved in having a before and after that the peak recorded in the image library.  But, I still like the editing tools in the Gallery Live better than Vista.  More I use it, hopefully, the more easy/fast it will become.

I am in the internet Explorer IDIOTICLY stupid, that works properly and is the reason I use Google Chrome in the first place, I'm trying to install this scanner and it won't install because of the stupid 'blocker'. I disabled the stupid thing, and it will not install. I thought that these idiots @ Microsoft sued for monopolizing once already, and that perhaps they had learned their lesson to make us use their crappy products (IE)? Apparently not. This is ridiculous. They want us to be proactive, and then they make it almost impossible for us to PROTECT US? WHY? Why would they do something fundamentally stupid?   Unfortunately, this is a known issue that has yet to be resolved.  See http://www.windowslivehelp.com/thread.aspx?threadid=7cd886b5-6726-4ef8-833d-6d19819be8ec where it is attached the answer someone of Windows Live (not only a poster regular like most of us) almost exactly the same question as you - and the answer is quite recent.

  Here's another thread in the same pregnant responded with an MVP who admits that it is a bug that has yet to be resolved.  http://www.windowslivehelp.com/thread.aspx?ThreadId=c601b584-4448-4564-9702-64065e86b1d5 although this dates back to January, apparently he still is not resolved and requires the latest version of the product as well (so that they really have trouble with this code).

  Sorry it wasn't the answer you wanted to hear, but it's something that you just need to treat before iti is resolved.  I would put a bookmark on the page of main support of these links (click back until you get there) and periodically check to see if a solution has been found (or perhaps a work around).  In fact, any questions about Windows Live Mail, you would do well to post in this forum instead of here because they are much more experienced with it, aware of the problems and solutions and quite simply have more people with greater expertise on this product if you are likely to get a better response and more quickly (or even find the solution by searching on the solution and then site forums).

  I use Windows Live Mail with Windows 7.  From now on, when I open Windows Live Mail, it shows me offline and won't check my email.  A block appears and says, "you work in offline mode.  You want to go online now? "When I click on 'Yes', this same block keeps popping up and ask me again and again if I want to go online.  When I click on the 'Work offline' box in the lower right corner with the Red 'x', it's not going online that I interrupted the task and sometimes my calendar cannot be updated and will not continue to check emails.  Impossible to check my email.  Help, please!  And is it possible that I can disable the calendar.  The calendar appears to have started the problem thanks!

  Open Internet Explorer, and then press Alt + F to open the file menu. If work offline is selected, deselect it. If it is not selected, select it, wait a few moments and then deselect. Now check if Windows Live Mail is still offline. If this is the case, repeat the cycle to select/deselect in IE until WLMail Gets the message.

  What version of Internet Explorer is installed? In Internet Explorer, press Alt - H has to do.

PDF file for Adobe 9.3 How can I do so. PDF attachments will be open in Win Live Mail?  Thank you

• Windows Live Mail will not default on my default e-mail account

  I have several accounts email for different purposes.  Recently, I've upgraded to Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.  I entered my 5 accounts, which work well for the entry.  But when I write a new message, Windows Live refuses to choose the account which I have appointed as 'default'.  The result is that a lot of my emails bounce because the receiver does not recognize me.  HOW can I tell Windows Live to use the account that I have referred to as 'default' as my default account?

  Which account is the default account is not used when you click New.
  The account being viewed will be in the field. This is by design and cannot be changed.

  Check the field to see which account is used.

  By clicking on the field opens the list of accounts to another account.

  Basic steps:

  1. Use your browser to access SkyDrive. Sign in with a Microsoft Account - one you use to connect to the Microsoft Community site will be good.
  2. Click on the public folders, then on download in the command bar.
  3. Find and double-click the filename of the image you want to use.
  4. When the download is complete, right-click on the recently downloaded file, and then select view original. The image is displayed in a new page.
  5. Right-click on the image and select copy.
  6. Back in your post in the forum, click where you want the image appears and select Paste.
