  For a few weeks now, I was no longer able to access, to run windows live messenger, I keep getting errors.  However, I can go on messenger via hotmail, which seems to me something new since that time as well.  I'm left to believe it is obviously linked to the updates, but they will apparently not automatically throught or something.   I had to restore the system to a previous date and was able to then on live messenger I had b4 but was only ablt to do for about a week.    Help, please!

  Tried to connect to Windows Live Messenger and receive the error Code: 80072efd

  I tried to correct the problem with the online help, but it did not help.  I used the "get more information" and follow the directions with no positive results.  I seems to be a missing file.  My Internet connection is fine and have had no problem connecting through startup.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Version 0 x 80004004 & 0 x 80070643 tries to install later Codes error in live messenger on XP with SP3

  While trying to install the latest version of live messenger, I get these error codes.  I tried all the self-help support pages and the computer will not download and install .NET Framework 4 at all.   Live messenger installs all the components, but then restores and gives these error messages, I think it's the part of the writer.  I would be grateful for any help that is available.

  I use Windows Vista Home 32 bit. When I try and connect to MSN live messenger, I get an error message saying that the side by side configuration is incorrect.   I have windows 7 & updates as installed messenger 11, now I can't sign, I can sign in mail. I restored my computer to a day until the updaate has been installed & it worked again, but because the update was (a major) it is again installed & I have the same problem.

  I did some troubleshooting & he says an incorrect IP address, but I click on repair fixed it & I just get 8100030d error code.

  It can't be my phone blocks since that worked.

  I'm not aware when it comes to computers

• Windows live messenger error code 80070005

  I recently bought a new top of the tower with windows 7, it won't let me sign in my msn live messenger and displays error code 80070005 every tim that I've entered my good details.it said that the service is not. measure that cannot be true because it happened for a week now and my sister can connect via windows vista.i also have norton security 360 and got in touch with an advisor who helped me take disable norton and try to connect again, so we norton being waived that problem.any help would be much appreciated I have lots of friends I keep in touch with via live messenger.

  On a debug log, you can enable storage of detailed information about your connection problem.
  This newspaper might explain in more depth what is really going wrong.

  You can turn it on and read this logfile with the following steps
