With the help of a care antivirus
Have had 3 sessions of troubleshooting with AT & T and they tell me now that there is a problem with my windows mail. I downloaded windows live mail to see if I could use it instead, and he's done the same thing. I did system restore to the day before I started to have problems, but that no longer works.

This problem is due to a recent update of OneCare. To resolve this issue in Windows Mail: click on tools, Options, security, digital IDs. On the personal tab, you will see a digital ID. Select it and click Remove.
Restart Windows Mail and try to send.
