Windows Media Player 12 'Date added' column shows only the current date
I have a laptop Windows 7 Professional and use Windows Media Player 12 on a daily basis. Given that I have download music all the time, I like to use the column "Date added" to see all the music I downloaded recently. Everything works fine great up until a week ago. Now, the column 'Date added' updates to read that EVERY song in my library has been added today! I would check back the next day, and all the songs would show that it has been added the day I checked on it! Is there a solution to this? I need WMP to display correctly the dates to which songs are added to my music library.

In the past I had to go back to WMP 10 to 9 and reinstall when this happened, but when I triedthis method , this time it did not work and said that he could not uninstall.
The songs have played fine on WMP in the past and they are the ones I've owned for years rather than months.
I can't think that I changed something on the PC to save this change, but clearly I.
Any ideas?

Windows Media Player has stopped working, as well as the sharing of multimedia files
My husband told me that he has always had difficulty to play the DVD on WMP. I discovered that it would not play because there was a problem with the audio. I couldn't find the solution to this problem. However, we were able to play, burn and rip CDs until what we downloaded Windows SP2 for Vista Home Basic (32 bit), two days ago. Since then, we have not been able to open the app, and the WMP network sharing Service. I tried to run the Setup program, but it is said that there is a newer version of WMP and it will not replace or repair. I wanted to see if I could find a solution to this problem without having to resort to reinstalling Vista or restore to an earlier point. I also noticed that when the WMP application has been updated July 15 to the new version below, there were times this video Web sites would not play and we would have to restart the computer so that we can read them. In Windows Media Player 11, I would like to change the album art integrated for all the songs in an album while removing all previously used album art in advanced tag editor. Try the following steps:
a. connect to the Internet.
b. open Windows Media Player.
c. click on the Library tab, and then go to the album you want to resolve.
d. right click on the album and then click on Find Album Info.
e. If you get an error message that says you must change your privacy settings before you can update media information, follow these steps: click on the Tools menu, click Options, click the Privacy tab, and then clear music update files by retrieving the news media from the Internet check box.
