Windows Media Player extension unrecognized .vro

If I try to play a DVD made House on my Windows Media Player 11, I get an error message that indicates: "unrecognized extension .vro.

How can I fix this?

VRO files come from certain types of dvd recorders.
The system of MST files on a dvd is VOB.
To get WMP to play, you could try importing the vro on the hard drive and then renamed to .mpg.
Unlikely to work, but the power.

Or, you can convert in the std .vob .vro files by using one of the many free conversion tools. Again, you would need torus tos these files on your hard drive.

You have any other dvd playing software installed, that things like powerdvd, windvd should also read the files, otherwise I would use a player like VLC of VideoLan player, install once and should play one of your discs .vro.

I'm moving your message to the sounds and the media.

Rename the extension .mpg video and see if you are able to view them.

If this is not the case, check with JVC for instructions on how to edit video files.

    I hope this helps.

My Windows media player recently stopped playing my video files that have a. Extension of MOD, although the audio is not yet once the video is crushed. When the video freezes a computer bubble lets me know that the driver igfx has stopped working and then recovered.

I ran an auto fix and that disabled four codecs, but the problem persists. I have run the sfc / scan now processes at the prompt as an administrator and it came clear.

The problem is driving me crazy! can anyone help? When I play the video on another computer that works under XP, I have no problem.

Zip is a file format compressed - it can contain several files and folders inside. Windows Media Player will be able to play a Zip file. However, you can unzip the file (unzip) so that you can see its contents. If there is any right one media file, you will be able to read them.

To unzip, right-click on the file and select extract all.

  • Current extension for Windows Media Player 12

I try to read, audio (wma) at a specific location in Windows Media Player 12, but when I move the progress at this time bar, Windows Media Player, began playing at some point before the chosen time. In my case, I'm trying to start the playback of the file at 09:22 but when I set the progress bar to close this time, the file always starts playing at 08:45.

I don't remember earlier versions of Windows Media Player by acting in this way.
Someone has an idea of what might be led to this situation? I really need to be able to start the audio to a specific location.

The solution I finally came with was to take the existing .wma file and open it in Microsoft Expression Encoder 4.0 and re - encode. I had to play around with the settings, but was able to get it encoded the same quality and size.

Re-encoding solved the problem for me.
