Windows Media Player in Windows 7 64 bit burning my playlist in the right order

Why my windows media player burn my list burned in the wrong order? NICU win 7 home prem 64 bit

Hi Roynelson,

Check if the problem occurs on a different computer.

Method 1: You can run the Windows Media Player troubleshooting settings then try to burn files and check if it burns in a sequence.

Open the troubleshooting Windows Media Player settings Troubleshooter

Method 3: To work around the problem, go to the location of the files (usually I drag the music to a new folder on the desktop)

Control your music (mp3s), and number them.

Example: "stand by me" becomes "1 Stand by me" and so on.

Make sure no randomization or random playback is set to your burning software.

You can now move your music to the burning software or open the software and select the folder.

That should do it. Be sure to check all the options in the burning software.

  • Windows Media Player is unable to extract one or more tracks from the CD.

I also got this message "Windows Media Player is unable to extract one or more tracks from the CD" pop up in an attempt to 'Copy' the CD!  I have Windows 7 and had NO problem for several weeks, ripping my music from CD sales in my MUSIC folder.  I got all "parameters" laid so that whenever I inserted a new CD he automatically pulled and then ejected.  I had NOT brought any changes to settings but for some reason all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore?

I have trried restart, check all the parameters according to your advice making SURE that all the files of 'Target' were correct (they are), but all that happens is a few seconds after I insert a CD it gives me this message (Windows Media Player cannot extract one or more tracks from the CD.) and then the CD will eject with NO of TEAR that occur?  It's VERY frustrating!  There, can anyone help?  Please?  I have NO idea where to check then!

  • Windows Media Player 12 will not play or burn music CDs!

Running Windows 7 Home Premium-Windows Media Player will play a DVD but will not play an audio CD, which begs the question: why it does not burn the CD using Roxio Burn (which just sits there doing nothing) just like WMP 12.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and suggestions in this forum, but nothing is done.  Microsoft has really any solution of constantly failing to player?  In addition, reinstalled my computer back to the State factory and Media Player STILL will NOT play or burn music CD.  Hello, Microsoft, I would rather download Media Player 11, which at least has worked, so tell me how to get that back.  Thank you.

    Are normally given CD detected?
If not, the problem is probably with the drive itself - CD and DVD is access differently if we wouldn't necessarily affect each other.

I'm reading a file mpeg and Windows Media Player C00D1199 error.  How to get good download of the missing codec?  I have windows 7 x 64 os.

    All is not lost.

Download and install a pack of codecs, such as K-Lite (Google for it). You can find THAT WMP can then read the file.

    Or
Download and install a small program called Gspot (Google it)! Drag and drop in its window one of the files, you can't plzy. It will tell you which codecs are used. You can then download and install the only after doing a search on the web for it.
    See you soon,.

I tried several times to remove the selection to burn and create a new a new but it keep "Windows Media Player has encountered a problem when burning the file to delivery" appears what should I do?   What problem is it?

    Hello

    1. what file format you are trying to burn?

    2. have you made changes on the computer recently?

    3. What is the security software installed on the computer?

If it's something you downloaded, it may be copy protected by DRM, in which case you may not burn it to a CD or DVD.

Here are a few things to try:

    1. make sure that the disc is clean.

    2. try a different brand of blank discs.

    3. stop all other programs that are running.

    4. make sure that the hard drive does not use disk compression.

I suggest that you follow these steps and check if they help to solve the problem.

    Method 1:

Try to use the Troubleshoot utility to see if that solves the problem.

    a. open the troubleshooting Windows Media Player settings Troubleshooter by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel.

    (b) in the search box, type "convenience store" and then click Troubleshooting.

    c. click on show all and then click the Windows Media Player settings.

    Method 2:

Select a recording speed (write) more slow for the CD burner.

Change settings for burning a CD or DVD in Windows Media Player

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/change-settings-for-burning-a-CD-or-DVD-in-Windows-Media-Player

    Method 3:

If you have any third-party burning software, I suggest you temporarily Uninstall it and then try to burn the disc using Windows Media Player.

Note: Reinstall the software after the trial.

    Method 4:

Temporarily disable all programs that could activate themselves, while burning is in progress, such as screensavers or anti-virus programs.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software

Note: Run the computer without antivirus software or firewall is a potential threat to the computer; Be sure to activate security software after completing the troubleshooting steps and after identifying the problem.

    I hope this helps.

    Dear HP support and users,

    Model: HP G70-111EM

I've had this laptop since December 26, 2008.  Last week something was wrong on the laptop, I think managed to install the Vista program 2011 Anti Spyware of viruses on the laptop by mistake and I was not able to remove it with anti-spyware or anti-malware.  So decided to return the computer as long as factory setting by using the HP RESTORE DVD that I created in the past of the laptop.

Then inserted the DVD and the beginning of the process until I got error 1002.  Now I can't do anything.  The hard drive seems to have been formatted so all the information was deleted, but I start the process of reinstalling VISTA.

I am really lost do - what I need to do to solve this problem.  I have a laptop £450.00, which has an operating system that is hidden in a partition, but how can I reinstall it when the DVD of RESTORATION HP continues giving error 1002.

Thank you all for your support but no luck.  I decided to buy windows 7 32 bit and install on the laptop.  I had some problem with wifi work only not with Windows 7 32 bit.  But guys on the forum helped me with that.

So no more Windows Vista for me.

Thanks to all and no thank you HP, as it cost me £150 for the copy of Windows 7.
