  Nothing worked and I'm pulling my hair out.  I use WMC with an HDHomeRun and a map of Time Warner cable.  This facility worked well for more than a year before installing this update.  The machine is a Dell XPS 8300 running windows 7 SP1.   I'm unable to watch all channels protected by DRM and I lost all my legally registered content.  It is a disaster and cost me 30 hours and counting.  Anyone have any ideas?

  Windows XP sp3 can not find a file that I know is there. I even copied the file to the desktop, but research still cannot find the file. He may not get indexed.   Actually found a solution so for all those who use the Googledrive folder on Windows - you can cut search indexing (uses of data which is not updated on the records of Gdrive) causing Win 7 search "on-the-fly" = a little more slow but even faster that I can read names of 17000 files

  Check the Device Manager.  Click Start and right-click computer.  -> Device Manager, click Properties.  Look under imaging devices.  Right-click the entry for your webcam and click on properties.  If it is disabled, you can activate it if there is no lack of material.  Also check to see if there is one? or! by the entrance.  If so, you need to download a new copy of the driver and reinstall.
