"windows must be reinstalled to activate". I don't have a reinstallation disk, what can I do?

I have a laptop VGN-NR160E Sony with Windows Vista Home Premium.

Turn on the computer and the login screen is displayed as usual. I can connect, but the first and the only thing that happens is a dialog box that reads "Insert Windows installation DVD or CD in your computer to start the process of relocation. The only option I have given is to close the dialog box, which brings back me to the login screen.
My computer did not come with a reinstallation CD. What can I do? I really prefer something that will not cause me to lose all my data.
Thanks in advance...

Hello

1 did you changes in the computer before this problem?
2. you received any notice activation until all this happen?
3 have you tried to start the computer in safe mode?
Method 1:
Step 1:
I suggest to start the computer in safe mode and check the status of the issue. If everything works in safe mode, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem. Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.
After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Step 2:
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Note: Please, go to step 7 of the Kb to maintain the computer to a normal startup after you fix the problem.
Method 2: If you are able to start the computer in safe mode, you can restore the system to the system restore point where computer was working fine.
System Restore: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed
