Windows gadget icon does not work properly
When I put text as 'small' size (under control panel-aspect-display), "CPU meter" gadget work properly with nice icon. However, if I set the size of 'medium' text, the gadget "CPU meter" icon turns into 2 ugly boxes.
I am using Windows 7 32 bit.
Please help and thank you for your time.
Hi Regina,.
Thanks for the status update.CPU meter icon that shows the CPU usage and load will appear ugly/blurry when you increase the size of the font in the middle. The problem may have arose the possible reasons:1. all by increasing the size of the font, the user can enabled the option of Let me choose a level of scaling for my monitors.2 and the option to change the size of the text was disabled due to the previous option being checked. As the gadget supports only two sizes and because of the options as there are bad for you.I suggest you make changes only with the change only the text size.
Also, you can post the screenshot of the question:

Windows 7 Search is not working properly
I am running Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) with Office 2007. Computer with a CPU Core2Duo with 8 GB of memory.

- Search in Outlook 2007 works very well.
- When you use search in the Menu 'Start', none of the files from the "My Documents" folder will be displayed, but files everywhere else will be displayed. Do the same search and then click on 'My Computer', only the files in the "My Documents" folder will be displayed.
I tried rebuilding the Index index, the hotfix, change 'GroupBy' registry and registry keys under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Search] later reconstruction deletions. Nothing works.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Windows Update link doesn't work is not in Windows XP Pro
Hi all
Something strange has happened and I don't know what.
When I click on the 'Windows Update' shortcut I get a dialog box "Help & Support", that tells me that I am not connected to the Internet and an Internet connection is sufficient. Well, I'm connected to the Internet and I can load IE and surf the web without any problem. I can get to 'Windows Update' by clicking on 'Tools' then 'Windows Update', while that in IE, but the abbreviation of "Windows Update" no longer works.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could look for problems?
Thanks for any help,
Charles
Hello
Thanks for the information. I went ahead and continued to install windows updates. After a couple more installs and restarts the 'Windows Update' shortcut has started working again. I have no idea why, in fact, this is the first time I've ever seen this type of error.
In any case, the WU shortcut works for now.
Thanks for the help,
Charles
