  What is the destination folder that the date be underneath?  In the top right it says users who suggests, you try to put the photos on top of your username instead of under your username.  Maybe that's the problem.  So change your folder in the drop-down list at the bottom right of what it should be rather than users, and if you're going to show us the destination of your photos at least scroll through the list of folders down right so that we can see which is the white highlight.

  If someone says here allows you to use product key Finder programs, do not take into account their information as the product key these programs on your preinstalled operating system find will be the HP one used for several installations of the plant and will be of no use in these circumstances.

  You will need to contact HP and ask for their help.

  Or a way around this is to buy a DVD recovery HP to reinstall the operating system or use the built-in recovery Partition containing an image of your OS and reinstall Windows.

  No method requires a product key from your part.

  With PS CS 5, ACR 7.3 will not work.

  So either you go to 6 CS or DNG converter allows you to convert images to DNG format that you can open in CS 5

  I installed PC from Windows XP to Windows 7 my sister with the software, that I bought at Best Buy.   What has the * exact * error message text shows that WMP? If you have any codec pack (such as K-Lite), I suggest that you uninstall these once again.

• In Windows 8, I can't read the text entered for several programs

Try to download and install the update of ACR to Photoshop CC 8.6 if done or work try by downloading and installing the ACR with the DNG Converter 8.6.  If you install that does not install in CS6 and bridge common ACR plugin folder copy ACR 8.6 in this folder after renamed it existing ACR here.
