• Windows/32/system32/cmd.exe problem

  I get an error message (I think) flashing and cascading to the bottom of my screen very fast.  As it flashes, it does randomly weird things like farm programs, program freezes and it appears on the info/start bar and side by side jumps.  The error message is in a rectangular box, the title is "windows/system32/cmd.exe" in the box says that access is denied.  The system does not have the specified path.

  Hello everyone, sorry it took a while to respond, and the reason is that I finally got it fixed.

  What I did was to go to the start menu and type msconfg.exe and started with one at a time on the files that have been loading and by unchecking the until I finally found one that suits. Once I restarted upward, the problem stopped. Yes! It took a while but finallyed stopped. On starting cold start I never got messages error and even in safe mode, nothing happened.
