  Hi all

  When closing my laptop, I got the blue "screen of death" and it restarts, windows came with this analysis of the accident: "error caused by the memory problem to live: run the Windows tool". I downloaded diagnostic tool (mstinst.exe), he opened so I got "windiag.iso" and he burned on a CD like they told me (the use of 'Record Now') and then I put in the CD drive and rebooted my computer. But it did not launch the tool! Does anyone know why it went wrong and how can I make it work? Even if I got the tool to work, I would be able to solve the problems of RAM anyway, just taking my laptop to a repair center?

• Cleaning Windows tools do not empty C: / windows / temp folder, but empties the folder C: / temp folder.

  I almost 1 GB in the folder c: / windows / temp folder. Can I delete the contents of this file while Microsoft Tools makes it not?

  Yes, you can manually delete the contents of this folder. However, there are some files that you will not be able to remove.

• SeaGate for Windows tools do not recognize USB HDD

  SeaTools for Windows does not recognize the attached USB what Maxtor 3100 HDD. I have no problem to access this drive F: using Windows 7 and Windows 7 create system image backup. SeaTools recognizes my attached SATA internal HARD drive C: and I can run tests on the C: drive, but I got some errors. I want to run the same tests on my external HARD drive.

  You can try all sorts of things.  My years of experience tells me you're not going to succeed.

  My advice is to stop all of this and just do a clean install.  It is the one sure way to be certain that you will have a system that works like new.  The process is not really difficult.  It just takes time.

  Note: I don't know if my advice earlier everything that makes the image after the new facility will be of any value on an SSD.

  Hello. I use Flash CS6 on OSX and I'm working on a desktop AIR app. My application opens a local image file in a window, produced some calculations and shows the results of several panels. I want these panels will be like those on the CS applications, for example. They must always be on top of the image window. I tried to use the nativeWindow.NativeWindowInitOptions.owner to do this, but I can't get the right hierarchy. Any suggestions?

  You should be able to print documents from Web pages using Firefox. The "print" button should display by default. However, it is possible, it has been removed during an upgrade or because of personal preferences. The way to fix:

  1. Firefox > view > toolbars > customize
  2. Select the printer icon and drag it to your browser window

  I also found a Support article on the restoration of the toolbars, as you say it lacked the toolbar:

  The back, home, bookmarks navigation buttons and recharge are missing

  The taskbar is resizable, like a window, and it can be set to zero lines of ups. Maybe it's your problem, and fixing that should be the first thing you should try. You may have accidentally resized to zero high lines. Place the cursor on the bottom of the screen and it up and down a little until it turns into a two-headed arrow. Click on, and then drag it to the desired size.
  If this does not work, it may be zero lines high on another facet of the
  the screen, try the above on all four sides.

  In addition to Veritas Aequitas comment, you can go to a search engine such as 'Bing' and type what you are looking for and select images.   But in regards to your public library, their IT Department could have blocked all access to that.

• How can I replace the windows with ScanGear tool analysis tool much better? MX882 on Windows 10 Pro. ?

  I have a PC on which I instaled the Canon drivers live cannon and I love the ScanGear interface. It surved upgrade Windows 7 to 10 Professional. On the other hand, for my other PC in the home group, I let windows install the drivers for the MX882. Scanning windows interface is limited! How can I get the ScanGear interface to replace the windows tool?

  ScanGear is just the scanner driver. Are you talking about software, Canon MP Navigator EX scanning? Which is available for download from the Web site.
