Windows Vista continues trying to install the same 5 updates

See above

I tried to install that individually, it seems to work then all of a sudden, it shows all the 5 installation again once I also tried to install with anti virus disabled, but it makes no difference

Very well. Welcome & thank you for your comments.

    I suggest that you run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage diagnostic tool in normal mode (not safe mode) and copy and paste the results into a response for further analysis:

    Run the tool and when it ends, click the copy button, open a text such as Word or Notepad file and select Edit, paste. You can paste directly into an answer here. Open a response, right click and select Paste.

    Hello

    This problem is caused by corrupted windows update system components.

    For Windows Update revived question follow this troubleshooting;

    Power the computer in cleanboot to disable unnecessary services running on the background.

    Follow the instructions here: http://www.tech4windows.info/2013/09/make-your-windows-pc-boot-faster.html

    Click Start - > in the search box type 'cmd'-> right click on CMD and "run as Administrator"... Press ENTER...

    Type the following command;

    net stop wuauserv

    CD %SystemRoot%\System32

    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    net start wuauserv

    net stop cryptsvc

    Ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2
