  Thank you for your message.  It does not sound like one or several files in Media Player have been corrupted, uninstall and reinstall should solve the problem.  Uninstall Windows Media Player 11 can be a difficult process.  Click HERE for instructions on how to uninstall WMP11.

  Go to control panel > system and security > system and to the left, click on advanced system settings. Once there, go to the Advanced tab, and under performance, click settings. Then, click on the Advanced tab, and under virtual memory, click on change. Now, I did uncheck automatically manage it paging file for all readers size and check again, but if this does not work I heard uncheck automatically manage paging file for all readers size and selecting size made on order and set the initial size and maximum size to 3072 should solve the problem.   Method 1: I recommend you visit the manufacturer's website and check if there is updated for the chipset drivers and audio drivers.

  If so, the same install and check if it helps.

  You can also follow this step to do the same thing:

  b. right click on the device driver specific, you want to update or change.

  c. click put to update driver to open the Hardware Update Wizard. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
