  Maybe someday a BIOS update will be released which allows manual adjustment of the fan. You can try to blow out the radiator and the fan if you feel uncomfortable with this. Here for your computer and on page 4-41 maintenance and care guide gives you the steps of how get to the fan and the heat sink.

I tried to do a system restore, I read in the Microsoft forums that it could send back me to my previous OS, but alas, hell, he sent me to Pandemonium itself.
