  Yes, I have same problem of yours, I've finally updated all those win updates, now that I started some bloggers advice what to do to solve these problems. I actually had a problem with a crash suddenly and blackout of screen and other unusual tracks on this desk, until the February MS cannot install updates. what I've done, I've tried the [FSC.exe] System File Checker, see him through YouTube "how to use FSC,"...   Hello, I would be very happy to help. I recently tried the upgrade to windows 10 Professional, but then tried to downgrade to 7 Professional and problems have occurred. the downgrade was not working. So, I tried:

  * a clean install with a disc of windows 7 sp1 (from the original e6430 provision for computer Latitude) and found windows 7 would not be updated.

  * updated windows troubleshooting it is constantly with the same error and corrections:

  Problems encountered:

  -windows update error 0 x 80070003 (2016-06-13-T-11_06_27A) not set

  -subscription to the service is missing or damaged fixed

  -problems of recent installation updates fixed

  -problems of recent installation updates fixed

  * Reinstall system backup image

  Same problems as each time I tried windows update it is stuck and troubleshooting that it comes up with the same error above.

  Working in I.T the first thing I did was run windows update, it invites updates are available and starts to download.

  I noticed one thing, it is that if I try and stop the windows update service, and then the laptop everything grinds to a halt, it will begin to stop, however, then hang on the screen to stop.

  Svchost.exe is a Windows internal process that hosts several Windows services (Internet Protocol is a part of the possible services)

  TrashZone advice is probably good enough.  But I can tell you what I did for about 50 or if client computers in recent weeks that has worked very well.

  I've seen this many lately.  This is what works for me and I did it on a large number of computers in the last 2 weeks.

  1. Change Windows Update settings to NEVER.

  2. Type services in the text box that appears when you click on the globe to start

  3. Select and open the services window

  4. Find and right-click on Windows Update (service), choose stop

  5. Close the Windows Update window.   If she will not close, start the Task Manager (right click on the taskbar) and end of the task.

  7. Download 5 all updates are listed in a folder on your desktop.  Choose the correct column for your computer.

  8. Double-click on and start each one, one at a time.  Don't be surprised if one or more respond with already installed.  It may take a while to process.  This is probably one or more of them will install.

  9. You should not restart after each one ends, if there is more than one installed.

  10. Restart and wait for the Windows Update process to complete and automatically reboot your computer.

  I came across Best Buy, bought the first thing I have seen & to the left. It's just the small things. My main PC is myPC music recording studio (never online) so for my this, that I bought... I don't care.

  a m9402f 7.00 GB 64-bit system quad-core 2.30 Ghz procesor.  On the 626 GB on the 'C' drive, I only used GB 129.  I don't know why I've bothered w/a Seagate external extreem HD 1000GO?  Works great, I've never used one before Vista but works very well.

  Thus, recent updates do not keep install .  What's up with the updates? What is happening with this? Should I just go buy Windows 7?  I spend hours looking for solutions and never ask for help, but this time I am so tired so I'm going to ask.  Below are updates that keep a failure... Notice they're on SP2 * and IE8. My PC alread had installed SP2.  I tried an update for this.  I have switch from IE 7 to 8. I don't see any other reasons.

  A LOT of these updats were on UPDATE SP2 which was on my computer when I bought it, but they do not work...

  Others have to do with the "compatibility issues" for 32-bit web sites.

  Hello, I run the servers at my work, and systems are 64-bit.  It would be just that sometimes your system needs to do things differently running 32-bit.  Not sure why they choose to divide them, but that's how it is on my servers.

  I am experiencing strange shift of internet and I think it's because Windows Defender won't be able to update. I am running Vista x 64 final. I recently started to receive a new error every time I start my computer, something to the effect of Windows Defender service is unable to start. If I try to start it manually, I got the error: 0 x 80070003: the system cannot find the path specified.

  Normally I wouldn't complain about windows Defender does not because I have my own solutions, but I believe that it is still problematic within my system. Every half hour or so, my firewall warns me to say that something in a temporary folder called mpistub.exe or something is trying to access the internet. I found this exe is a windows update, so I allow it through. Now, I believe that because the service cannot start, the update is impossible to apply and continues to go to the internet to try to get a shift to internet update, causing news for my pc everything.

  Someone knows something like that? I would like to reinstall windows Defender so that it can update itself and let my only internet. And I don't mean simply turning on or off; I can't do this if the service does not start. Oh and I tried to restore to an earlier date, it is not far enough.

  I'm updating someone laptop computer from 7 to 10, but the updates seem to cause problems.

  The machine is just looking for updates for hours. I tried to install Win10 from a USB memory created by the media creation tool, but they want to to check updates before installing again.

  This is clearly a problem with the Windows 7 update procedure and even more annoyingly I fixed a similar problem on a laptop at the time, but unfortunately I don't remember what I did!

  Anyone have any ideas? It seems that the box of Windows 7 did not updated since March this year

  I got it ultimately work by running installation of stick memory rather than downloading, which also gave me the option does not check the updates, but just to install Windows 10. This has worked, and 10 Windows runs on the machine without problems so far.

  OPTION A: Visit the Microsoft Solution Center and antivirus security for resources and tools to keep your PC safe and healthy. If you have problems with the installation of the update itself, visit the Microsoft Update Support for resources and tools to keep your PC updated with the latest updates.

  OPTION B: There is a good chance that you see the effects of a hijackware infection!

  NB: If you had no installed anti-virus application or subscription has expired * when the machine was first infected * or your subscription has expired since or the machine is not kept fully corrected in Windows Update, don't waste your time with any of the below: go to OPTION C below.  A repair install won't help!
