  I am installing Spyder2 Pro on Vista Home premium 32-bit, but I have problems with this load in CS2. I contacted Colorvision and they suggested that if the video card is more than 6 months old I would need the last update. I searched toshiba/intel Web sites and could not update, when I download and try to install it I have the version more up-to-date, which is 7.14.10.1263.

  It seems that you have not all admin privileges!

  I bought Tecra A10 - 12O with 4 GB of ram.
  My Tecra shipped only with Windows Vista Business 32-bit so I can use only 3, 2 GB of memory.
  I got to know that Microsoft allows me to use the 64 bit instead of 32 bit version - legally.
  I have to buy 64 bit media much chipper as the new Vista box.

  Here is the link to the Polish Microsoft page where I could order 64-bit media [http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/1045/ordermedia/pl-pl/default.mspx], of course, if this page would accept my product key.

  Microsoft says I can get 64 bit Toshiba media.
  I can't find Toshiba Web information pages on how to get the media. Polish Toshibas service says that it is not possible.

  Hi, a few days back (3 January 2007), I bought Toshiba Satellite A100-912. Between documents grouped in this laptop there is a flyer who briefed me on the Web site for this opportunity to upgrade (http://www.toshiba-europe.com/vista%2Dupgrade/). Now, I don't see Slovakia here, but instead, I see Europe (EU). So the question is - it is possible to upgrade to Vista on my Toshiba and if yes, then what is the correct procedure to do?   I don't seem to be able to control the default voice on my L355-S7817 with Vista home OS.
  I changed Mrs Anna parameters but Toshiba male voice starts each time I use a program that uses the voice of the Narrator.

  I even uninstalled the engine from Toshiba, SR and the application without result!
  The male voice of toshiba is still present...

  Is there some sort of setting somewhere that I can use to overcome this control over speech applications by Toshiba?

• Qosmio F30-117: how to calculate the Win Vista experience Index Graphics score?

  My F30-117 has a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 of type graphics card. WIE gives a score of graphics of * 4.9 based on the following information:

  399 MB total available graphics memory
  128 MB dedicated graphics memory
  0 MB dedicated system memory
  271 MB shared system memory

  However my G40-108 has a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 M GT type graphics card. WIE only gives a score of graphics of * 4.4 based on the following information:

  1791 MB total available graphics memory
  512 MB dedicated graphics memory
  0 MB dedicated system memory
  1279 MB shared system memory

  Someone knows why? The two PCs have the latest drivers and all the Windows updates available. Both are running Vista Ultimate. If something I expect the scores to be the other way around!

• Satellite A100 (PSAA9A) and Vista DVD maker problem

  I just got windows ultimate on my laptop that I got about 2 and a half years and he says about this Windows Vista capable. So I have to drop out and everything but when I open something like Vista DVD maker, he says that my video card meets the minimum requirements.

  Check my driver and it says Standard VGA graphics card? Strange huh? So went on Notebook driver downloads > Satellite > A100 (PSAA9), but then he only gave me the opportunity to PSAA9E and I need A at the end.

  In any case I put t know whether or not that counts, but I downloaded the driver and check the update driver > Browse pilot, first of all it only let me not click Desktop and didn t let me inside the office even with submenu.

  So I just clicked next and guess what! After all that palaver he said the pilot has the last updated and doesn t need to be installed but it obviously hasn't t because it's model is something starting with 6 and the driver Vista I want download it something starting with 7, so I'm really stuck and really help.
