  Just to let you know, it is often the case with the monitors.

  They will be the "default"setting, but still have the correct driver.

  Yes. Find LR catalog file in Edit/settings/general catalogue. Close LR and go to this place. The catalog file is one that ends by .lrcat - move it where you want. Beside the .lrcat file is a subfolder called Previews.lrdata. You can move, but if you don't not LR will generate new insights.   Help, please. I bought a zip 100 Iomega drive to retrieve ONLY data (files/photos) from a pile of old zip disks. I spent hours online, trying to check or correct the incompatibility issues, but also obsolete driver problems without success. The disc provided for installing out-of-date drivers. I just want to get the data off the old 100 iomega zip disks.  I don't plan to do anything else with the zips or zip drive.   You may be able to install a driver that is inherited in compatibility mode.  Get the latest driver that has HP and install it like this compatibility mode

• Satellite Pro A100: DVD UJ850 of disk I/O error - will not read disks

  I got a glance at other posts on the site of the people who have had a similar problem and I'm starting to think that my drive is defekt!

  The defective hard drives after extracting audio from a CD to store on my MP3 player. I arrived at almost the end of the CD and the drive started to jump so I took out the cd.

  The problem described here sounds a bit like a hardware malfunction. Especially the drive cannot read or write CD or DVD due to the lens of the drive failure.

  I noticed that the Sonic software could be responsible or IO errors.
  Remove the software Sonic add it & remove programs, reboot the laptop and clean the registry with CCleaner software recheck player features.

  Try changing the compatibility mode of Windows 7 configuration file and run the installer again.

  -Right click on the Installer file and select Properties option

  -Then click on the Compatibility tab

  -Put the Windows 7 operating system and rerun
