With Google adding account problems in Windows Mail App Error: unable to connect. Make sure that the information you entered is incorrect
Original title:
I'm having a problem with Windows Mail
I have a PC running Windows 8. I tried to open Windows Mail. He asked me to add an account. So I chose to add a google account. I entered my gmail
user name and password. But now he tells me that username or password is not correct. I'm sure I got the right thing. I've tried 3 - 4 times, yet she does not accept. Can someone help me please?
I enabled IMAP in my gmail account settings. I've updated my Mail application. Now, he has accepted my information. Thank you.

I tried to set up a Gmail on windows mail 8 for some time. It worked before but then I had to re - install the app and I can't seem to log in now. The only difference between now and when it worked is that I had turned on google + once I had it working the first time, but now I have that turned off.
I always get this error: unable to connect. Make sure that the information you entered is correct. If I have the chance and he fails to add account, then synchronization takes a long time and emails take 5-10 minutes to arrive on the application it does to get to my account in a web browser and on my phone. Many users complain about this, we really need a strong response here.Hi Martyr844_Coffe,

I was able to add an account Gmail for Windows 8 Mail App on my first install and everything worked well. Then bought an SSD and completely installed a new OS of Windows 8 it. Connected with the Live account that I used with the first installation of windows 8. All synchronized. The Mail app has Live accounts and Gmail put in place without having to re-enter the information myself. However, I noticed that Gmail sync never even when I choose sync. Removed from the account to add it again, but have failed so far. Keep gives me the error "unable to connect. Make sure that the information you entered is correct. "Tried to install it on my phone Windows 8 (Nokia 920) and he keeps asking me to re-enter the password. I'm 100% sure that I have no 2-step check set up I checked several times. Never allowed them in the first place.
At this point, I don't know if it's Google problem or the problem of the Mail application. Any suggestion?
I also had the same problem. I had no problem for the other three Windows 8 install / computers that I used and the last she has imported all the fine adjustments. However, I had a portable Windows 8 different today and worked alone of my three accounts to Gmail. How I fixed it:
Of the Mail app: charms > settings > accounts > add account > other account (NOT GMAIL!)Click IMAP for account type, then enter your credentials as usual. It connected and synchronized immediately for me.Hope this helps! -
I move the file from my old PC which took place with Vista on a new computer running with Win 10 where I have Windows Live Mail is installed. When I try to copy the files from Windows Mail on Vista on a USB key I get the message "you are about to copy this file without its properties". After studying this issue on the forums, a proposed solution was to reformat the drive in NTFS format, I did. This does not solve the problem. Any suggestions? Would it be OK in this case to ignore the message and copy the file without its properties?
Well data files/user of vista should work. Yes a NTFS format is good, go to run, or cmd, type:
diskmgmt.msc in msc, R.click on the material, delete the partition, create one, format. Use the default settings,
Once thru, L.click the disk, go to actions, all, select 'enable '.
In addition, live windows for vista is microsoft discontinud

Original title: problems of Windows Vista CD
Windows Vista Home premium. You want to burn on a CD - RW disc image files. Inserted the disc in the drive and got the message "Windows is unable to read the disc in the drive E:\. Make sure that the disc uses a firmat Windows recognizes. If the drive is not formatted, you must format it before you use it. "I can't get a dialog to come so that I could format. Not had this problem with a disc previous out of the box Memorex even.
My problem has been resolved by the www.mydigitallife.info/autoplayautorun-not-working-or-missing-not-open-in-windows-vista/ procedure. The first element - material Detection service kernel - managed.

Hello world
I know, there are several other threads on this topic, but I couldn't find a working solution. I currently have no OS on my DELL XPS 17 L702X. When I try to install from a USB stick bootable Windows 7 Home Premium x 64 I get this error message: windows cannot be installed on this physical drive of this computer may not support the start-up this drive make sure that the drive controller is enabled in the computer's bios menu.I've tried wiping HARD drive and reformat with GParted. I don't really know what I could do.I would be very grateful if you could help meHello
I suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the computer to change the BIOS settings and check if it is has updated the BIOS.
Important: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
Let us know the results. We will be happy to help you further.

Adding a device:-201401. Make sure that the device is connected?
I was able to set up my Explorer Measurement & Automation to detect my device (NI cDAQ-9188), but I'm unable to add the device. The error statement says:
Add the device failed. From the device driver error report is as follows:
Add a device
-201401
Recovery of the properties of the network device failed. Make sure that the device is connected.
How can I fix this so that I can test my modules e/s?
DAQmx version: 9.7.5
Operating system: Windows 7 64-bit
Initially:
In the tab network adapters, it reads:
-No network adapters found
In the tab of the firmware, it reads:
-firmware version: 1.1.0f0
Based on the status of the network configuration tab, I assumed that my problem was related to the network connection. I have reset my network cards and this seemed to solve my problem. Thanks for your help.

I have a PC with Lightroom 6 just installed. At the opening, it says Lightroom - opening catalog: catalog Lightroom - 2.Ircat, then a Popup comes up saying Failed Assertion and the program closes. I checked to make sure that the photos folder is under the directory of the user and the registry redirects to the right/directory of the user file. The catalogues are stored in a subdirectory of Lightroom in the photos subdirectory. You need to resolve without losing all the catalogs.
Could you please try to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom once on the computer

Hello
I am running Windows Mail on Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 on a PC HP for ~ 5 years. Our ISP is SBC (AT & T - Uverse) in California, 12 MB/ch wired high-speed Internet. Until recently, electronic mail has been working well. Then, we started to have problems with the speed of send/receive. When you perform one of these tasks, 100% of the time, the green in the status bar goes about to halfway and then stops completely. It takes a few minutes to complete the task (after that Windows Mail is responding again). About 75% of the time, the connection times out. This happened about a year. I had an AT & T technician examine the settings and questions several times and they all said that there is a problem with Windows Mail. The latest technology told me to turn off my antivirus, but then I HAD a virus, so I had to turn it back on. Anyway, I'm currently running Microsoft Security Essentials on your computer, and I read in a forum earlier that he didn't have a problem in this case. This was really inconvinient for us and I came close to switching Mailhosts. It is convinient for me to watch on my cell phone, it's the computer these days. So many random error messages and low speeds - Ugh!
And then, the e-mail completely stopped working today! Every time you try to send/receive, it appears: "your server has ended suddenly the connection. The possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. "Account: 'Windows Mail', server: 'inbound.att.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 995, secure (SSL): Yes, error number: 0x800CCC0F. This has been reviewed several times and AT & T said that there is a problem with Windows Mail. I can't send or receive e-mail, and it is completely ridiculous! Soon will contribute an expert please! (Otherwise, we change to another host)
Sincerely,
BMich21

Delete the account. Near WinMail and reboot. Add the account back.

The last time that I turned my computer off all seemed well. When I turned it on, once again, I was unable to connect using the same password that I have been using since the user account has been created. I can't sign with my accout used regularly (with administrative privileges) or my administrator account. Whenever I try a message appears on the upper left side next to a small red circle with an "X" in the middle that says "Windows Security" white. And right below says "HRESULT 0 x 80074003.» Why can I not sign? Why won't my password? Please tell me that there is a solution. I have a lot of important things on my computer that I can't afford to lose. When I tried to back up my system on an external hard drive, it would not even show up either of the two hard disks on the computer and apparently does not recognize external hard drive 500 GB. He has always tried to save everything on the internal 'C' drive. Since there is not enough space to back up my system, I get a message saying that there is not enough room and choose a different disk and try again. I need HELP BAD!

There are a lot of options built into Windows to help you out of this situation:- Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows to a point when your computer worked well.
- Log on to your account admin to spare, and then reset the password for your existing account (works only if you set up an alternative admin account).
- Log in as administrator mode without failure, then reset the password for your existing account (the password is usually empty).
- Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have taken the time to create such a key file).
- Use the password indicator (works only if you have created a hint and if it's good enough to allow you to guess the password)
- Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)
On the documents, you cannot afford to lose: there are three groups of people.- The largest group: those who do not back up their important files or save them only once in a blue moon.
- A small group: those who now save their files frequently because they have suffered a major disaster.
- The smallest group: those who back up their files regularly because they prefer not to wait for the disaster to happen.
There is a gradual migration from the first to the second group. The transition can be extremely painful. You can probably save your files this time but next time you may lose the lot unless go out you in the first group. -

The Windows wireless program does not work and diagnostic tests tells me to contact the administrator. I am the administrator, but the system I cannot use diagnostic tests or run the recovery. What should I do?
Hi Redemption_Abounds,
I suggest that you check if you can access msconfig from safe mode.
Start your computer in safe mode

Restart the computer to return to normal mode.
