• Show/hide the buttons of different page

  Hi all

  I was responsible for creating an interactive PDF of several page which is basically a questionnaire. Each page will have one question with the results of all issues gathered in a table at the end. Ideally, I would like to answer each question to send to a cell in a table but I can't find a way to get there, so my solution was to use radio buttons to select the buttons for results and responses. I had planned to assign an action show/hide radio buttons to reveal the answer on another page. During testing I ran into a problem when you configure the action show/hide, it allows me to select a show/hide button, unless its on the same page as the option button! Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? If someone can not advice me how I build such a feature?

  In Indesign, you will need to install the buttons in response to the same page as the radio buttons for the construction of all hide / display the activations. It's the only way you will be able to set these properties. Once you have completed and tested, you can now move the buttons in response to another page. Option buttons to activate hide/show buttons to answer to a different page. I have a test file that shows, if you want, I can send it to you.

  Here I have to filter datagrid when I check various combinations of 3 boxes.
  The checkbox values come from Staus arraycollection collection column.
  When I select the checkbox 'complete' and 'onhold' box, datagrid should display only the records that have the status as 'Complete' and 'pending '.
  The same for all combinations of selection boxes.

  Can anyone give simple solution please?

  I have a George_Johnson script that allows me to enter a password to show/hide the fields selected (keys actually).  It works perfectly, but when I enter the password and buttons appear again, setting general/Common Properties amounts to 'visible' instead of ' visible but does not print ', and the buttons appear when I print the document.  I thought I could change these lines and print buttons...

  You can't guess correctly that the value can be and expect it to work... You should consult the documentation.

  In this case, what you're looking for is "display.noPrint".

  Hello everyone, I am using a drop-down list field in a form to also check or uncheck the different boxes, based on the value. I'm looking for something like the following:

  The value of the boxes is not true or false, but one channel (either 'Off' or the value of exports).

  You can also set the like this, but:

• Using a check box for autopopulate other fields (= ship Bill to)

  I checked the other threads and don't know what I have to do.

  I have NO experience of script and am using LC Designer ES 8.2.

  The form I designed will be finally sent to customers for them to fill out using Adobe Reader.

  I have two sections - a "Bill" and a "ship to" and they are areas of free text to one drop down to "country".

  What I want to do is to put a check box on the form that says "Bill is identical to ship to.

  If the user clicks on the box, the data should autopopulate the other fields.  If they "UN-click on ' the box, the data goes.

  Script is WAY above my head and scares me but I peut follow directions.

  Can someone help me?

  First off apologize not to ask a question... no question is stupid.

  Secondly, the script of your checkbox is on the bad event.  Looking at your screenshot, you placed on the 'click' event... should be placed on the 'change' event See screen capture below.

  Then, the script should be (for example):

  If (this.rawValue == 1) {}

  Company2.RawValue = Company1.rawValue;

  }

  If (this.rawValue == 0) {}

  Company2.RawValue = "";

  }

  Finally, it's just a suggestion...  Since you make the box (same as ship to... which means that the Bill for info would be the same as the ship for info) I make the column 'Bill To' the second column and make the ShipTo the first column so users enter the Ship To news first. In my example, company 1 represents the ShipTo, a Company 2 BillTo nd. When the user checks the box (checkbox value == 1), the news of billto are filled by the ship to info data entered and when unchecked (checkbox value == 0), the billto fields are empty... so (Company2.rawValue = "" ;))

  As far as I can see (LV 2013), there is a missing feature in LabVIEW, whereby, when you select multiple digital controls, you can't show/hide their increment/decrement buttons:

  

  Here, I have 3 DBL, 1 I32 and 1 enum, but that goes for any combination of numeric values. If I right click on one of the selected controls, I have access to only two points in the title of the "visible Points":

  Where is ' Increment/decrement' part, whereas it is common to all these controls?

  I have a classic tabular form with standard buttons: AddRows, RemoveSelectedRows, cancel, Save. What I want is to have the button visible to AddRows only when there is no given on the form (the source table is empty). When the user clicks the AddRows button, a blank line apears. Right now I want to show, save, and Cancel buttons (buttons remove is covered by the current Condition). And when the user deletes all the data in the table, I want to hide all buttons except AddRows.
