  The 'New private window' function is certainly more practical in many situations, but unfortunately it does not cover the following cases: when you do online banking, the session must be initiated by an external application on a USB stick ("AccessKey UBS"). The connection banking screen opens in the browser by default (Firefox of course!), but unfortunately, it appears in the main (non-private) Firefox window and its impossible to copy or move the link to the private window. Apparently the external application establishes a connection to the main window, which cannot be moved or restarted in the private window.

  For this reason, I really enjoyed the old Firefox's private browsing mode that was not available in any other browser. And the fact that no other public navigation window was visible at the same time gave a better sense of security (I don't know if this impression was justified, however).

  You have no real choice on this: If you want to place a vector format on a page, you must use SVG. HAVE or PDF are not supportet.

  If you want to Open a vector file, you can link a PDF file that opens in a new window using browser/operating system features. In this case, you use the command ' File/Upload to FTP host' and link this file to a button or other object of your choice using the "Hyperlink" command in the upper command band.

• Restore the Session bug - fails after erasing history

  I recently upgraded to Firefox 5.0. I'm having two problems since the upgrade:

  1 Firefox saves more websites that I left 0pen from a previous session even if the box is checked to do. In addition, I am never given the option to 'restore previous session' in the menu background. It is always 'ghost' out and cannot be selected in the menu.

  2. when I open Firefox, I use a shortcut or go to the Web browser in any other way, multiple instances are open automatically. I suspect that the number of instances is the number of tabs that I left open in the previous session, but I'm not sure about this. They all open to a blank page, however and do not open Web sites that have been assigned to each tab in the previous session.

  It is possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.

  Delete the sessionstore.js file [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox profile folder.

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.

  I'm building a workflow for (a) take an array of clusters, (b) the loop through a cluster and take a picture of the armed forces, (c) using the table of the host, in Maint Mode on first host... run a script, restart (d) check host reconnects and move then to the next host... until all hosts have been completed.  I'm looking for the best way or an example of verification of accessibility of the host and to wait for the host is accessible before you continue.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  Hello Carlos, you certainly came to the right place for this question vCO is ideal for this kind of thing... I got to play a little before I restart something that resembled what you're asking for is basically a host and wait for it to be reconnected.

  Well, the workflow "Reboot Host" indicates indeed vCenter API to restart a host, but it does not wait for the host to come back to the top, she finished just all right because that's what indicates the API... Therefore, we must introduce a timer to wait a few minutes and to give a chance of him having turned off as part of resetting to the host.   I have a site that makes heavy use of AJAX tools and works well in ie. The same site does not work as expected in the simulator of 9700 (5.0.0442).

  Q1) Blackberry 9700 doesn't support AJAX toolkit completely? (I tried to open some samples of asp.net on Simulator site and all 80%, worked well)

  (Q2) If you think, it's best to have a version of the website customized for 9700, site the following is the best approach?

  (Approach - 1) make a simple HTML of the site and host it on IIS and ask users to open this site instead

  the pros expected: rapid development and easy cons: everytime user will have to download pages so slow

  Approach-2) make available a web widget that will be all HTML pages and simply invoke webservices to get the data.

  I used a basic AJAX in a widget I have developed and had no problems so far. I used the XMLHttpRequest object.

  My advice would be to use neige2 as I appreciate the performance over time of development. The reason is that your user base won't wait all the time. Of course, it may be easier for you to do, but long-term users will appreciate you for taking the extra time to improve the site.
