  Question 1 is a simple transfer of a single file.

  1. From the Finder, press shift + cmd + G keys to go to the folder. Copy and paste the following in this dialog box:

  If you have a third party app that will not uninstall, I think I might check the support page for this application and see what they have to say about it.

  Some AV products have obtained quite complicated that add/remove programs is not the recommended way to remove them, so some companies have developed their own removal procedures and some have special programs to manage their affairs.

  Adobe Send is an online service, so you can use it on any browser on Mac as well.

  In the FAQ it refers to Outlook because apart from the online service, there is also a plugin that is integrated with your Outlook e-mail account that allows you to send mails via Adobe send from Outlook instead of log for the web service on the browser and send files.

  Unfortunately, this plugin is not available for Mac.

  You can check if your Norton browser modules are enabled on the addons page? Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions.

  Extensions disabled clustered down on a gray background. If they are there, try to activate them.

  If they do not, try using Norton LiveUpdate several times to make sure that you have the latest versions. You will probably have to close Firefox and start it up again after the LiveUpdate so that Firefox detect new files.
