Workspace is not available

When I go to http:// < Server >: < port > / workspace, I get a 404 error. I think that something has gone wrong with my installation of LiveCycle. Can I manually install the workspace component? Or is there a service that must be installed to the workspace because I installed only the forms, PDFGenerator and Content Services?

Based on the original message, that you have not installed the management processes.  If you want the workspace you install and deploy management processes.

    I have exactly the same problem. The store was working but now I get the message "Windows store is not available on windows to workspace" even if it is installed on a laptop. I checked the system information and everything seems fine (windows 8 pro active) but I have recently changed my HDD and I wonder if this has something to do with it. I cloned the old drive to a new one and I continued from there - do not know how this would happen as I thought it's only the Enterprise version that is able to create windows to readers.

    Tried the method in the post above and resets some security settings, it has not cured the problem. I think that the resolution of the screen is a bit a red herring, as I have already used the store on this machine.

    exactly the same problem but I don't have windows 8 pro edition so I can't use gpedit.msc any idea to solve this? I tried all five options and none worked.

    BTW, I think it's STUPID friggin of microsoft to have as much of the element related to group policy, but not GPedit.msc on windows 8 regular edition!... friggin delayed.

  • Calculation Manager is not available from the workspace

    We have recently installed Hyperion Planning v 11.1.1.1.0 to a customer. The installation consisted of EPMA. Everything works fine (app created, responsible for dimensions, forms of work, etc.) with one exception. We cannot step Manager appears as an option in the menu under "Administer" in the workspace. We installed the calculation Manager Finally, after that everything was in place. We have configured in the EMP system configurator. The calculation Manager service is running and everything seems to work in EPMA. I use the user ID is a shared services administrator with administrator rights Manager calculation.

    I have to do something stupid, but unfortunately the calculation Manager is new to me. We tried to restart all services.

    Any ideas?

    You redeploy workspace and re-configuration of the web server after the installation of the Calc Manager?

    Just like all the other components workspace does not recognize if it was installed after the deploy/web server config workspace - poor design in my mind.

  • After 12.1.1 vms upgrade not available locally

    The host is Windows 7.  Has started the upgrade to 12.1.1 build-3770994.  The operation failed due to a permissions problem, I wasn't the admin, wasn't an admin role.   Then he took the 12.0 installation.   Installed 12.1.1 of the binary installation file.   All the workspace are always available, as expected, and I can start them as usual.   However, I can not connect to any of the virtual machines running.   Seems to be a network configuration problem, because ping, SSH and HTTP, all have the same problem.  Can be accessed via their consoles of workstation very well, of course.

    In my networking Panel, I see VMnet1 and VMnet8 adapters.   Both are enabled, but do not have access to the internet.   Don't normally watch these so don't know what they should look like, but that doesn't seem positive.   Don't know what else to check.

    Saw the thread on crash NAT service in paragraph 12.1, that should be fixed in 12.1.1.    The NAT service is running on my host, although maybe not correctly?

    I installed the previous version 12.1.0,, I ran.   This has not changed behavior, it seems that it is not the version, but some other VMware network on this machine that's broken configuration.   Any ideas?    I have a set of 4 virtual machines in a group.   They can connect to each other, but I can't connect to them to the host environment.

    I am at a loss.  I've set up a root certification authority to sign all servers in my workspace of Horizon, SAML is in the Green and after a lot of reading when troubleshooting also synchronized on all my ESXi hosts and guests.

    Basically, what I did is the following:

    Set up the connection to the Server VMware View Horizon 5.2 - created different pools and can connect via the customer different platform. (a few times to eliminate any possible configuration errors along the way)

    Configuration of VMware View Horizon Workspace 1.0 (a few times now) with self-signed and CA signed certs.  My workspace appears fine, the synchronization of files, apps work, and view pools appear.  When I try to launch your desktop from inside the Horizon workspace I get this error:

    The page you are looking for is not available. You may need to contact your administrator with this error: 404 Page not found.

    Now I think that I followed it down to something to do with SAML connection - which, to my understanding, archery chips between workspace and view.  On the login server, I see it in the Windows event log:

    BROKER_USER_AUTHFAILED_SAML_ACCESS_REQUIRED

    SAML access required but not tempted by customer

    Something is not crossing to allow me to access my office view since the workspace of Horizon.  If I remove the requirement of SAML on the login server see, when I try to connect to a desktop computer from the view connection server I get a promotion for and can I get my IDs & field and have full access with reviews, as well as blast HTML - just cannot get there with Horizon Workspace.  There must be something that I am missing with SAML...

    As I said, I'm at a loss here on what does not work between the Horizon workspace and the connection of SAML for display to connect to the server.  There is no server security, server transfer, and firewalls is all off, so I don't think it's a network problem.  Simple as possible.  The Windows Journal event displays the login displays server error is: access required but not attempted by client SAML.  I have all my servers synchronized after a few seconds - so I don't think that documented the TIME Horizon workspace synchronization time sensitivity is responsible here.  I am Pack overnight, but will do exactly the same thing with a client of tomorrow - hopefully without the same result!

    So I re-deployed the VAPP (again!) very attentive as I went.  As usual, the initial database installation failed because I entered my domain FULL of the gateway name, so it does not match.  After useful messages already there for this (Workspace install fails with error creating the user admin) I used the wizardssl.hzn of connfigurator - going to recreate a rootca to the environment based on my FULL domain instead of the bridge - going and then let it grow all for the other vApps.  I then connected to each and pulled down my private rootca and ran c_rehash, etc. (another useful message!- adding MS signed Certs to Horizon Workspace & laquo;) Carlos & #039; Corner) I actually use my background to UNIX and openssl to be my own private CA and sign all of my certificates.  I created the SAN cert and added to the SSL configuration on the Configurator - going and connector - going.  Oddly enough, both of these server do not appear to be accepting SAN cert that includes their ENTIRE domain, but that's for another day... My Horizon Workspace FQDN does show as being approved by installed RootCA private (which does not have other DNS names for the service - going, the Configurator - goes, the data - will and the connector - will, but as I have already said--a battle for another day) so it's a good thing.  I joined my workspace to my domain name - well!  Activated would be pools seen in the Configurator - goes - sync - good.  CRT for the my display login server has accepted and implemented the SAML trust.  Still good.  Sync in my opinion users group who already had a couple of linked clone pools allowed to do.  Good.  Connected to the FQDN of my workspace and clicked on computers - seen my 3 pools.  Clicked on one and after a few seconds, launched in a new window of the explosion.  Success!  I disconnected and connected on a different machine, and something that I saw before, but doesn't have a lot of attention to was the connector - will put 'use windows authentication', I couldn't understand why every time I sailed on my Horizon workspace a no vmware window opens asking access my FQDN:443 with a user and pass.  It is this setting - duh.  I'm not sure yet that gives me, so it's off for now.

    Thanks for all the input: it's good to know that there are others with some of the same questions.  It's still v1.0, it is related to some of these pitfalls.  It is capricious with derived from same time less than 10 seconds seems to have a negative impact.  Had to ensure my ESXi servers were strong (never worried a lot in the past with MS AD being quite tolerant with small derivatives) I tired my vApps affecting a NTP, but they seemed like being left to the default of synchronization to the ESXi host.  See how than pans.  CERT is somewhat capricious depending on your deployment.  Of course the connector - will and the Configurator - must be signed by a CA that they are internal, but always be nice to then have signed internal...

    Now, I'm on ThinApps for desktops as well as the web interface integration.

    I bumped my head against the wall with my first configuration of Citrix XA and XD (before having VDI in a box!) and it was the best way to learn.

    I don't know that I grave along that I finished my PoC, but I'm very happy with today's results.  I still plan on the comparison of my logs successful with the logs I have pulled my former deployment TIME and see what it was that it was broken.  I think it was that wanted me a PTR record to my domain FULL DNS MS. name  I think I just had the direct search for the original bridge - will and FULL, but only a setback for the gateway domain - name.  Would explain why I was never able to connect to the gateway to access your desktop.  Oops.

    I'm not sure what you mean, but if you're not comfortable with these tasks, you may have to get a consultant.

    The main steps are:

    1. Connect to the source application and extract security tasks > extract tasks > excerpt from security.
    2. Save the .sec file in your office
    3. Connect to the new application and load the .sec since tasks file > load task > Security load.

  • Schema not available as a scheme of analysis

    I have apex running on an existing Oracle instance to a specific schema. I created a new schema in this same forum, and I want to redirect my apex in this scheme application. The schema is not available under Edit Application Properties-> Security-> schema of the database-> scheme of the analysis. When I try and hardcode the name of schema, I get this error:

    "No privilege to build in the schema use the list of values to the previous page to select a schema that you have the privilege to build."

    Is there a grant or something need me to do my new schema available in this list? I'm under apex 4.2, oracle 11g.

    You need to add the schema to the workspace of the administrative user interface

  • Page zero problem - not available

    Trying to create a "zero page". Usually in previous versions for this do the following:

    1. on the homepage of the workspace, click Application Builder.

    2. Select an application.

    3. the Application homepage appears.

    4. click on the button to create a Page.

    5. to select a page type, select Page zero.

    Note that the zero page option appears only if the application does not have a zero page.

    6. click on finish.

    Since the 4.2 update, this option is not available or has move. (I don't have a page already created from scratch). Any help would be appreciated.

    The option in the Wizard Page is now tagged Page Global. This changed in support of the use of global interface specific user pages.

  • Not available in Shared Services planning

    I am trying to reinstall a complete platform of Essbase (workspace of the Foundation, Shared services, Essbase and planning everything in version 11.1.1.3). I only have the documentation carried out by the person who installs the platform.

    Nevertheless, I have a missing point planning.

    The installation process has ended successfully, but when I try to create an application of planning (after creating the data source), planning is not available in the list of projects of shared services.

    And, it could be linked, planning is not available in the workspace (wheel > Applications > empty | refresh)

    I'm not very familiar with the planning, so I don't know where to look to fix this problem. (I guess I am missing a step in the creation of the Planning Application)

    Planning does not automatically exist in Shared Services, you must go in shared services and create it manually, once it has been created, you will be able to take when you create an application.

    Is it possible to make an application not available through space internal and connected work as an admin user? If so can you point us in the right direction? We have been watching all about to do, but couldn't find anywhere to do it.

    BTW - we made the request not available but we connected to the workspace where the app is as a developer and set the status as unavailable, I was wondering if we could do it as the admin user.

    We currently use Apex 3.2.

    I think you have misinterpreted? or maybe I?

    You want the option change the "availability" of an application, not change from run to run and build.

    You can't do it from the internal workspace from what I can tell, but can do so from within your current workspace if you have administrator privileges.

    Just put Captivate on a Win 7 machine.  When I opened the possibility to drag the Notes in the Windows menu is grayed out.  I know I've seen different things about quirks with work with Win 7 and CP5, but I didn't know it's maybe one.  I downloaded all the intervention agents so I don't know what to do now.

    It is very strange, has always worked with CP5 since its release on a machine Win7 with CP4, there were several issues, depending on the machine but not with 5. Did you start CP as an administrator? Try the CTRL-ALT-N shortcut. Slide notes are not available in any workspace, nevermind, you must add it to the Windows menu. Try the usual troubleshooting: clear the cache (if it is a new copy, will not help that much), delete preferences (?).

    I have 3 HD my Mac OS works on 1 HD and my apps.  I use HD 1 & 2 as peripheral storage for photos and video. I went my disc scratch 2 HD and HD 3 but clicked order 1 HD as a scratch disk in photoshop CS4 extended.  Now I can't open photoshop not even to reset my scratch disks.  It does not open because it is said that he could not initialize photoshop because the disk is not available.  The weird part is that I can't open photoshop in CS3 for the same reason even if I don't touch that.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the drive and time machine, but does not help.  How do I change back to what I had before I got it screwed up.  I can't believe that the program allows himself to be thwarted so easily without any warning.

    Go back in Time Machine to before that you did and restore Photoshop and preferences folders in the folders HD\Library\Preferences, HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe and Home\Library\Preferences.

    Or you can simply empty the preferences and then try to restart the Psalm

    I suggest the Time Machine method where you have the files or settings of the workspace you want not to lose and have to reset
