• Default workspace layout options? No Compact Option?

  Hello world

  I'm taking a class on dreamweaver and wrote the book we use the default workspace layout options should be Compact or Expanded. I adjusted installed dreamweaver creative cloud and options its showing me are code, design and extract the deafult workspace layout options. Any thoughts? I tried to reset each option, but these names remain. Not sure if this has changed or if I did something wrong during the installation?

• Div layout problem

  HI - stuck on what I think should be a pretty basic layout problem:

  I have 2 divs, equal widths but different heights, a floating to the left and the other to the right so that they appear next to each other on the page.  The left one contains varying amounts of text, the right one contains a flash player so never varies.

  Where the text of the left div is long, I want that he start next to the player, but then sink under it, rather than continue down to the same width as the div.  If I remove the width of the left div, while it is up to the width of the container, the player div is positioned underneath, so I can't work out how to get the effect.

  Can anyone help?

  Not quite sure what you're trying to accomplish.

  Do you want the green text to wrap around the player, as demonstrated with the Magi here?

• Layout problem

  I am facing a lot of problems with the layout system which I think is terrible compared to the cascades QtQuick anchoring system. Now, I have this problem: I'm working with a listview that is filled by a remote xml file, I create the listitem for use with.

  It's the source of the listitem:

  To force the outside container take all available space horizontally, set preferredWidth is at infinity.

  A value not zero in his StackLayoutProperties left spaceQuota value of the container.

• QML layout problem

  I consider myself fairly competent with QML, but cannot get this to work.

• APEX 5, universal theme, value pairs attribute - column layout problem

  I have a little problem with the column model attribute - value pairs.

  If one of the fields is the result of a LOV and the value of the field is zero the provision goes a little wrong (half a row of the value column), when having long lists of pairs, it is difficult to see what value belongs to what field. It is a horizontal allignment problem that looks like the below example, the field in the middle is an empty field based on a LOV.

• Tag Google Manager cause layout problems

  Hello!

  I'm almost done with my website, and I added the code of Google tag on the site manager. But for some reason, this time the code is really mess up my layout. The code itself is some photos and my Gallery completely disappear when I previews and when I publish. When I remove the code, the problem goes away. Does anyone has any advice for me?

• Define a default workspace layout in Acrobat

  When you open a document in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015) the tool on the right window is developed by default, while the thumbs page are reduced.

  Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is our default application for PDF files for obvious reasons, but in 90% of the time, it's just to browse a PDF document. If page thumbnails are used more frequently than the actual tools. Whenever we open a PDF file, it takes a few more clicks to join thumb pager.

  Is there a way to define a certain layout workspace by default, so the window thumbs page is expanded by default and the window tools being collapsed?

  I can understand your concern and will guide you in the right direction.

  Tool on the right pane is a core part user interface in Acrobat Reader of DC/DC, which cannot be disabled permanently or by default.

  Opening & closing of the navigation on the left pane are substituted with parameters of the PDF which is viewed, so even if you put the default display options they will be overridden by the settings to watch one of the PDF. So the person creating the PDF file is responsible for setting up the display PDF settings.

• Strange layout problems with HFM 11.1.2.2.

  Dear all,

  I deal with very strange provision / security with HFM 11.1.2.2 issues.

  Available /: of security issues

  We have configured MSAD (4 groups) with Shared Services and put into service groups, up to week last, everything works fine without any problems.

  We have a few end users issue tickets, claiming that "they can't see any screen HFM of workspace, by default, it will show the tab extracted without any content. I check the supply and security for the corresponding user class, everything goes well without any problems.

  I created a few user tests and provided equal rights according to the users above, I can able to see everything (Super admin) even though I configured only for 'Default', "Advanced user" with limited security category.

  Decree AD Shared Services:

  (1) native directory

  (2) SS1 - Supreme users - 3

  (3) SS2 - power - 6 users

  (4) SS3 - intermediate - 10 users

  (5) SS4 - end-users - 250 +.

  I changed the order of SS4 2nd and restarted services, yet we face the same problems.

  Could you please guide me or suggest.

  Hi all

  Problem has been resolved.

  Solution:

  By default, it shows the last screen accessible to the particular user, some time, we have removed this provision of the user. That is causing the problem. Later we consulted a few other screen and close the session and the provision of equal rights. It works fine now.

• workspace zoom problem

  I've just updated to Illustrator CC 2014 and the workspace is now really zooms - which means that the menus take too much space on the screen.

  I don't know if it's a question of illustrator, graphic card problem, problem-solving, or something else.

  Any ideas?

  Follow these steps:

  (1) right-click on the empty space of the Office

  (2) select "Screen Resolution" in the context menu

  (3) select the hyperlink 'Make text and other items more or less '.

  (4) select 'custom sizing Options.

  (5) enter the value '124% ' in the 'Custom resizing Options' dialog box and click the OK button

  6) click on the "Apply" button in the dialog box "Display".

  Note: You should logout & then connect again to apply this setting on your machine.

• Saves out as IDML for previous versions of InDesign causes alternative layout problems.

  Hi all

  I'm having a problem with alternative presentations used for refunds in InDesign. Currently using InDesign CC for all files, but these need to be saved out as IDML files for translation and to be compatible for CS6 as my CC license is not renewed at the office.

  What happens is that when I open the IDML after saving outside, alternate layouts extend outwards and scale incorrectly. Does anyone have experience or suggestions to work around this problem, other that individually save each file layout? I have 42 items if prefer to keep 3 renderings in a single file.

  Ok. I have the culprit of this disaster!

  Just check the rules of the pages for liquid layout.

  For the first page, which have not changed, it was: 'basic '.
  For the other two pages that change, it was: 'Scale '.

  Then I put all the pages of "basic", exported an IDML, opened again in v9.2.1 CC and everything seems fine.

• Need help saving the workspace layout

  At Photoshop World, Julieanne Kost has mentioned that she likes having all of its panels to the left. I tried this at home and really like it like that, so I saved a new workspace.

  

  My problem is that when I opened a new image, the image window floats behind my left side panels and it drives me crazy! That's the problem...

  

  I really want its default value to a place I put all new document created or the image that opens, but I can't understand how to save to this place and I searched online and in the preferences. Can someone help me to be lacking in this position below?

  Yes, there is a way to do this.

  Start with a workspace that has the panels to the right.

  Important: have all the files open.

  Also important: open the panels you want to show by default, such as layers and nuances.

  Now, as shown in the screenshot, drag the panels as a group by placing your mouse pointer where the red box, and then drag it to the Toolbox until you see a blue line. This means that the panels will be anchored instead of float and won't allow your documents open under him.

  Save Workspace, and then open your files.

• CS6 flow layout problems

  I am new to coding and Dreamweaver CS6 and worked with the checkerboard to fluid.  When I'm viewing the template page in Safari preview, my site looks like the image below.  After recording and put the files, the page is completely different when I type the Web site in the URL.

  I've recreated the index page/model three times because I had problems with formatting of the Spry menu.

  I wonder if by removing the Spry menu, if I have confused the path of Dreamweaver or caused other disturbances?

  How can I create a site that looks the same (or similar) to preview? (and add a menu bar?)

  When you use the URL for the site, without a file name, the server automatically seeks the default document such as index.html.

  Therefore, you have index.html or index.htm or index.php or similar.

  index.dwt is a DW template file and is not classified as document by default, shouldn't be. The model file should only be used on the local computer to create HTML documents based on this template.

• Forum layout problem?

  Is anyone else having trouble with the layout of the forum? Mine suddenly changed one day back and tabs are missing, and there is duplication of text (see circled the text in the image).

  I got DPReview go weird on me a few months back, and strangely, when I asked on this forum, only other people in New Zealand have been having the same problem. In fact he could have people who use the same ISP as me.

  

  You still use the old CSS files. Just refresh your browser's cache.

  SHIFT-click on the Refresh button may be all you need to do.
