• Locate the temporary workspace on a MacBook Pro

  Hello-

  I have a MacBook Pro bought recently which has been partitioned in Mac OS and Windows. By running software on the Windows side, I realized that I don't know how to locate the temporary workspace on this machine. In other words, on a Windows PC, there are files named 'Local Settings' and 'Temp' in which is placed a temporary storage.

  Where are their analogues on a Mac, how are they appointed and how to find them?

  Under/Users, there is a directory with your name. There is a whole/private directories, which are usually used for temporary work space. Is there a specific reason/question looking for files/directories?

• Close firefox in 1 single workspace when firefox is opened in mutiple workspaces.

  When I use firefox in mutiple workspaces on my Xfce/Unbuntu desktop if I close firefox in a workspace it closes it in all areas of work. How can I avoid this.

  After reading your last post, I decided to look and check out all the options to close the Firefox Windows. I found that if I close the window remains last on a workspace by the 'X' button in the right-hand side of the title bar of Firefox it closes Firefox in all workspaces. However, I found that if I close the window remains last on a workspace by using the small icon of Firefox on the menu on the left side of the window taking place & click close in this menu it does not close Firefox in all areas of work in the space of a work place. (It may help that I put in place of the separate virtual desktop on one office. Then, I opened Firefox in each workspace & clicked "Desktop 1" only then "Desktop 2" only and etc. This seems to have solved the problem for now.

  I made a my.sparsebundle which was for 2 GB

  - then I almost filled

  - then I deleted 50%

  - then run the Terminal command

  -Recovered 0 bytes

  -so I've removed everything inside and running the command again

  -always it recovered 0 bytes

  Q How do this work?

  hdiutil compact /Users/me/Documents/my.sparsebundle

  and he succeeded, but said regenerated = 0 bytes of 48.9 MB possible.

• Firefox does not load "answer" or "forward" messages in GoDaddy Workspace Webmail. WTF?

  By clicking 'reply' or an 'advance' Webmail Workspace GoDaddy, the screen changes to the appropriate fields, then the fields are not filled with the recipient email address or the title of the topic or the message thread.
  This is a new issue, just started this morning. Customer service GoDaddy says it's a Firefox issue. I deleted the history of the browser, the cookies and cache. No improvement. I uninstalled version 20.0 and 19.0.2. No improvement. I disabled all plugins associated with malware and/or Webmail workspace. No improvement. I have disabled the DNSPrefetch network configuration. No improvement. I deselected "Use hardware acceleration when available" in Firefox preferences. No improvement.

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

  To access the HP workspace, dock the unlocked, HP Elite x 3 to be an Elite Lap Docking Station HP or HP Elite Desk. When the device is automatically active the mode Continuum of Windows and connected display, simply tap on the tile of the workspace of HP that is located on the HP Elite x 3 startup screen.

  If you can't find the tile, click or tap Start > all Apps > HP workspace. You will be then prompted to connect to the workspace of HP with the credentials of your companies.
