  If they have access to your PC, they can install any number of malicious programs. My recommendation is to do a clean reinstall of Windows - it's the only way to be sure that your system is clean.

  If you have them paid by credit card, tell your card provider immediately what has happenend.

  All the data on your computer (passwords, credit card numbers, numbers of account documents, etc.) may have been compromised (they may not know now). According to the companies concerned (for example your bank) what happened.

  I received a phone call from scam a male Indian sounding claiming he worked for the technical company 35 Windows and my computer was sending messages to Microsoft indicating a serious problem with the viruas and Trojan issues.  He tried to convince me that my CLSID number was unique to my computer and that his company was the only person capable of contracting, etc. etc.  He then tried to make me sign in teamviewer.com to allow his technician access to help me fix my slow computer.  Having played along for a while, I was able to get a phone number for him (800-525-2818-don't know where this number rings) where I could call to resume its efforts to help me.  Be aware of unsolicited help and slow computers using this version of social engineering and the virus.

  I received a call from 01619, the appellant had a foreign accent.  They said they had reports of problems with my computer, asked if she had been slow (which it has).
