  Hi all, I strive to security for the family of installation for my PC, we have both sons have windows 7 on our PC. I downloaded the form MS Essentials Web site and installed on two PCs. I am admin on two PCs and it is standard user on both.

  I click on his user name in the user section and click on parental control settings, then I put my hotmail and password in the popup box and it says wrong name or password. I can't connect to the webmail for my Hotmail with the same name of user and password no problem at all.

  You have probably enabled two-step verification to the account when you have changed the password. This means that you will need to generate a unique password app to use safe family rather than the account password.

  Probably because you have multiple tnsnames files in your directory.

  Most people don't realize this, but SQL * Plus has the same behavior. If you have a. BAK copy/version, rename it with a leader 1 or something in front of the ILO "tnsnames" to the file name.
