The Defragmenter using my free space of the computer breaks down. I do not understand, help me please

If you are very lucky to have a friend with the same model laptop - and it must be the same - you can troubleshoot using its known working battery put in your laptop. You can call the HP technical support in any case where they have a diagnostic routine they do to determine if the problem is with the battery or the charger on the motherboard component.

(on this particular sys disk win uses 128 GB and with libraries located on a second disk, the disk win itself is 240 GB)
