  I have a Belkin N1 Vision router and a new HP Office Pro 8500 all-in-one printer (HPA7864C), but the wireless connect. I followed the instructions of the printer, but the better report reports that "MAC filtering" is enabled to possbly (or on) on the wireless router. I checked the router, but the "MAC filtering" is set to off (or off). What could be the issue that the printer will not connect to the wireless router?

  Go to page 17 and see «Settings printer advice»  If you read this article, it will tell you where to go in the printer driver to select "Print in grayscale" or "black ink only.
