X1Carbon initial start-up: hung during the installation of SugarSync / activation
During the initial startup of X1Carbon, my system blocked the installation of SugarSync / activation.
Not sure if this is related to the mistakes that I see in the application of the only updated from Windows or not.
For those of you who have not seen an error at this point, what came after that?
When I rebooted, it went out of the initial startup and Windows 7 Pro Wizard directly.

I can't comment on sugarsync, but check if KB2647753 is in your list of windows update. If so, install it in ourselves and to reset. Once successful, all others must install. It is a known Microsoft issue.
Kind regards.

We are working on the update of our thin clients HP T610 more. Update us the thin clients in the last image of the OS WES7P and also update to IE11 and Citrix receiver 4.4.
We use HPDM 4.6.4
We have successfully several T610s and update the image of the OS and related software with no problems. We are then able to use the 4.6.4 to successfully shoot HPDM and image of these thin clients updated in the master repository.
We then create a task to deploy the new image to several thin clients. We configure the task to use the imagery being cached, and then run the task. HPDM then successfully deploys the image for thin clients.
Customers accept the image cache and once the image is fully downloaded they restart to deploy the image. After the restart, the image unfolds and decompresses correctly, then the thin client, start the original installation of Windows.
But for 90% or more of these newly imaged thin clients that they get hung up during the installation of Windows (usually during the message that windows is written to the Registry). Once the thin clients get hung at this stage they are inaccessible and unrecoverable by HPDM and must be copied via USB.
We believe that the issue is somehow related monitors are connected to thin clients. If isolate us completely thin clients monitors, then deploy an image the new image is OK. HPDM reports that the image has been deployed successfully. If we then go back to thin clients and reconnect the monitors of the thin client is updated and the screen seems to be in standard vga mode low resolution. A restart of the thin client then recognizes and sets the appropriate screen resolution, and the thin client is good to go.
What is normal sound monitors must be separated to deploy a new image?
Thanks for any idea or thougts.
From the point of view HPDM, disconnect monitor is not required when you deploy the image. Personal thought is that there is a compatibility problem between the display driver, graphics card and the system. Installing Windows intend to write a default registry value based on connected monitor (maybe display settings), for some reason, he was stuck. I'm not the driver or the operating system that you are an expert, I would say that you submit a ticket to HP for additional troubleshooting.

My MacBook froze during the installation of the update at El Capitan and now I am unable to connect to any except the screen of the guest user. There was a message of panic, and somewhere in there, he said no set of OS. I tried to start without danger, it does not work either.

During the Installation of LR, I get an error message. Initially, I didn't have enough space for the installation on the boot partition drive. However, now, it should be enough and I rebooted the computer, a couple of times, so I guess that the temporary installation files have been deleted.
Now, however every time I try to reinstall the software I get the following messages:

During the installation of recovery that it off
I recently baught a new laptop computer from a friend and I so wanted to restore factory settings. I inserted the disc and went through the adjustment, and he began to restore. At halfway through the process of close to 50% turns off/on overheating. It tells me to insert the disc starts, which I did not, and now I don't know what to do because it does not start without it.
What can I do and where can Iget a new?
Please answer ([email protected])
Thank you!!
Hello
I think the solution to this problem is quite easy. If the computer turns off during the installation of recovery you need to do this installation once again, I think that because some files are missing, etc.
Then boot from the recovery disc and try again.
By the way: it would be interesting to know which laptop, you have exactly. If it overheat, try to clean it using the jet of compressed air. ;)

Hello
During the installation of Windows 7 or 8.1 using a USB stick - get the message "cannot be installed, it is a GPT partition.
I have 64 bit install discs for Win 7 and Win 8.1. These two install on my desktop in duel boot. I made a Flash DRIVE of each disk so I can install it more quickly.
Problem: I get the cannot install because it is a GPT partition.
Y at - there no way to make these 2 USB sticks work?
Thank you, Brad
Make sure you create your media recovery HP or USB Flash Recovery discs before you edit or change anything.
Your computer does not have Microsoft's Downgrade rights and you must buy a copy of Windows 7 with a valid Microsoft COA and product key.
The screenshots below is from a laptop HP 15 t-j100... options and the configuration on your computer screens may differ.
You will need to DISABLE "Secure Boot" and ENABLE "Legacy Support" in the "Configuration of the BIOS start-up secure" on the settings page similar to what is shown below, until you try to install Windows 7.
After you save the changes, the computer will ask you to confirm the changes... Accept the changes by typing the four digit code and press the ENTER"" key.
If you install Windows 7 from a USB and see a message of "load a driver - a required CD/DVD drive device is missing", it's because as 'System Configuration' > 'Config USB3.0 in pre-start' is set to 'Enabled '. This should be set to 'Auto '.
In addition, as the factory hard drive is partitioned as TPG, you must start using the internal CD/DVD UEFI or UEFI-Key/key USB to install Windows on a GPT-partitioned disk. Turn on or restart the computer and press "F9" or "ESC", then "F9" when prompted. Select the source of boot UEFI you use and you press "ENTER".
I suggest using Windows 7 SP1 for the best installation experience. If the DVD does not start as UEFI, you may need to use a USB Flash drive (can ask "Quick start" DISABLING in BIOS) as the installation media. Please note that some computers may not recognize a valid active UEFI USB Flash drive if it is formatted in NTFS and may require only a FAT32 formatted USB Flash drive. You should be able to make a FAT32 formatted Windows 7 installation USB Flash drive using Rufus, UNetbootin, Universal USB Installeror WiNToBootic. I like Rufus, because it contains options for 'Plan of GPT partition for UEFI computer' and 'FAT32'.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Hi all
I need help please. I get 3 errors when you try to install a program and I will include all of the below 3. Please help me get rid of this headache. Thank you.
This is the first...
Internal Error 2908. {837EE547-6D3B-7124-817B-A0DDC38CDA99}
When I select OK I then get this one
Internal Error 2908. {182C2188-3F15-CE6C-1FC2-23A0CB4637D1}
If I hit OK once again I get a different error...
Error 1935. "An error occurred during the installation of assembly ' vdFramedControl, Version ="6.1.60117.0", Culture ="nuetral", PublicKeyToken ="54EAC14E23C9EE53", ProcessorArchitecture = x 86." Please see Help and support for more information. HRESULT: 0X8002802F.
It drives me crazy and I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance for any help that you could provide.
Hi KelMil,
1 Windows operating system you are using?
2. what software are you trying to install?
Method 1:
You can consult the following thread link and try the steps Diana D December 1, 2010 and check if it helps.
Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly ' Microsoft.VC80.ATL,.
Method 2:
You can also try to give permission for the two above mentioned registry keys. Check for multiple entries, registry keys, and give permission to all keys.
a. click Start, type regedit in the search box and press on ENTER.
b. click on edit and select find and type the copy and paste the registry key: {837EE547-6D3B-7124-817B-A0DDC38CDA99} and click Next.
c. right-click on the key component and select permission.
d. click Add, type everyone and click ok.
e. Select group or the user name one by one and check the complete control of the area for all.
f. click apply, click Ok.
g. check for multiple entries for the key. If one is present, then repeat the steps above to give perimmision to all keys.
Note: You must give permission to the {182C2188-3F15-CE6C-1FC2-23A0CB4637D1} key by following the steps mentioned above.
h. restart the computer and check.
Important: The above mentioned steps show you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, follow the steps from the link below:

During the installation and activation of google chrome, I lost my taskbar
Original title: Google Chrome
during the installation and activation of google chrome, I lost my taskbar. How can I reinstall my taskbar?
Hi Frank,.
1. do you receive any error messages?
2. have you restarted the computer once installed google chrome?
3. not this problem occurs when you run a specific program or out of order?
This problem can occur for the following reasons:
- Auto-hide the taskbar has been selected for the taskbar and Start Menu Properties.
- Your user account settings are corrupt.
Method 1: Make sure that the hide option automatically is not selected for the taskbar
To determine if the hide option automatically is not enabled for the taskbar and Start Menu properties, follow these steps:
a. press CTRL + ESC.
b. If the Start menu is displayed, click on the Start menu and then click Properties.
c. click on the task bar , clear the Auto-hide the taskbar option and then click OK.
If the problem persists, you can proceed to method 2.
2 method: Recycle Explorer.exe
Try to recycle Explorer.exe by opening the Task Manager (you can use Ctrl + Shift + Esc), selecting explorer.exe in the list and choosing end process.
Now go to the file menu, choose new task and type in Explorer in the Open box. Press on enter and explore should restart itself.
Check whether the taskbar is visible now.
Hope this information helps. Provide more information so that we can help you.

If something is damaged? How can I resolve this - pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and start safe mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan mode without failure. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.
You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type sfc in the search box, right-click to SFC. EXE, then click on run as administrator. Then from the command prompt, type sfc/scannow.
Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.
I hope this helps. Good luck. -
