Xbox Chat technical support

Hi guys, I need your help with something. I recently bought a Xbox Live Gold card for 12 months at Amazon (the one with the 25-character code). But the code will not work. I tried to redeem the code on my Xbox and even on the Xbox site. I get a message saying "this code has already been used",., which he did not (unless I was scammed)

In any case, on my main problem. I tried to contact Xbox support, on the live chat, to talk with the support staff of the issue and hopefully get it resolved, but there is a HUGE problem. When it's time to present a description of the problem, and my name, I can't enter my name in the required field. areas are greyed out. But, your name must be entered for you to present your problem. Therefore, I can not connect with Microsoft personnel, or have them contact me. It's incredibly frustrating. Does anyone know why this might happen? It has to do with my area (Trinidad &)? Although I doubt it would be.

Things, I tried to solve this problem:

  • Used the latest version of these other browsers (Firefox, Opera, Edge and Internet Explorer) - the problem persists.
  • Deleted the cache and other data on these browsers - the problem persists.
  • Tried to use the browser of the CPU on my laptop - it actually allowed me to enter my name, but after clicking 'submit', nothing else happens.

I am completely puzzled, and I don't want $60 to go down the drain. You guys help me at all? Thank you.

    Is someone can you PLEASE tell me WHY I can't communicate with someone at ADOBE? I am stuck in a loop when it comes to connect by CAT.

    I had to buy a new laptop and all of a SUDDEN I am NOT able to install my full version of Acrobat X Pro that I bought in 2011. I received the message that the serial number is INVALID? I have already transferred this software once before when my last laptop has replaced the one before that AND IT WORKED VERY WELL. WTH am supposed to do?   • Why not Adobe technical support?

    I was on four conversations of support to Adobe technical support during the last two days, if that's what you can classify typing an anonymous operator on chat software. I checked before buying that I could switch from Freehand MX 5.1 Illustrator using the illustrator update diskette and assured that it was possible. Now that I have bought and tried to install the software, only to fail on me, Adobe are consistantly refusing to support the problem, to the point where I'm cut as soon as they get information. I have transcripts of the conversations, as soon as I mention that I have the transcript where they me assured that it was possible, they cut me. The site is a nightmare to navigate, I always end up coming back to the header page. I am a web designer and learn how to build navigation that goes to a page and not in a large circle. Engineers can't type English good or give clear instructions, and when questioned, as cut you. Adobe makes good software but can't stand at all. If there was an alternative, I would use it, but they have absorbed all the competition.

    Go to the store and bring it back. End of the story.

    Otherwise call Toshiba s in your country and explain the situation. What you can also do is to contact directly the closest Toshiba service provider and clarify all the issues you have with your new Satellite C650.
