Xerox DocuMate 510 Windows 7

I have a 510 DocuMate of Xerox, who worked with XP, but does not work with Windows 7.  My Device Manager shows that the latest drivers are installed, but it still does not work.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry his does not work for you.

    As chance would have I just rebuilt my laptop with an install fresh w8.1pro and installed the scanner.  I don't remember the exact details of how I installed the drivers.  I think it was just to install the drivers and I think I got the scanner plugged in and turned on when I did it from memory.

    Here are some screenshots showing installed and operational in Device manager, as installed driver file details and details of the driver package, I used.

    I also got OneTouch 4.6 installed hoping that I could scan to Evernote. While OneTouch will analyze the defaults I don't have it scan to Evernote again.

    I bought this laptop a few months ago.  Aspire E1-510 Windows 8

    I hated windows 8 and I was unable to get windows 7 on it until this month when I finally noticed that they put out an update of the bios. And I was able to get windows 7 installed.

    After that I installed it. I noticed that the wired lan and wireless lan is not working. It took me hours to find the wired LAN driver, but it works finally.  I searched the online wireless lan driver and I have installed, but it does not work.

    It installed fine but when I go looking for wireless connection.  There is no link. So the only way I can use the laptop is either wired or I plugged an old usb wireless in there.

    Anyone have this exact model works on windows 7?  I really hate windows 8. I just need the drivers or at least just the wireless driver to make it work.

    They are the latest Windows 7 drivers for Acer E1-510, they are available in 64-bit and 32-bit format.

  • T 510 Windows 7 64 Pro can't activate HP Laserjet 5 p

    Recently purchased 510 T running Windows 7 Prof Tried to connect the printer HP Laserjet 5 p printer.

    Control Microsoft Windows compatibility site printer is NOT compatible with Win 7-64 or 32-bit teacher.

    Check the HP website it advises and gives instructions to check Windows Update for the driver.

    Check that Windows update on the 510 T, the HP Laserjet 5 p is found and added via the ADD Printer function.

    Using a USB cable adapter parallel and recognized as USB 002, the printer appears under devices like printer default and ready.

    When you try to only print, no output and troubleshoot status on the results of the printer the print job which is held upwards in the queue. Clear print job by canceling but same result.

    The same printer using the same adapter cable prints OK on a laptop HP with Vista and also on an Apple Mac pro laptop.

    so don't think it is the cable from the adapter.

    Anyone know if the Laser HP UP is not compatible with Win Proof. 64 even if its registered and accepted through Windows Update for the printer ADD deal or there is something else I'm dominant as the adapter cable is not compatible with Windows 7 and need to get a new one which is and what to ask when looking to buy? Thank you.

    -Make sure that the port is usb port created by plug-and-play, normally usb001

    -Unplug the printer from the computer. that the removal of all printers. Make sure that you don't have the test pages in the queue (cancel all). also update windows drivers (to add the printer section). Turn off the computer. connect printer USB available on the computer again. turn on computer

    Yes I just explained this already if you have had a chance to read this thread.

    1. switch its BIOS settings (F9) and then save and exit (F10).

    2. Once you save and exit the BIOS, go back to the BIOS and activate the Start Menu

    3. go into your computer and RUFUS to create the installation media.  (follow the instructions I gave you in the previous messages)

    4. If the computer comes with Windows 8.1 w / Bing, this iso vanilla Windows 8.1 will not work, because it has a special touch of 'Bing' and Microsoft will not activate (Microsoft won't let you activate vanilla Windows 8.1).

    5. However, you can download the iso of Windows 10 and use RUFUS for UEFI install only.  Please read all my previous posts and links.

    I have a Sat 510 Windows 7, I connect to my network through a wireless access point.
    Everything seems to work except upnp sharing from my laptop which does not recognize some devices, same XBOX360 connect / even though I can see it on the network.

    When I connect wired, sharing upnp works very well.
    I have an XP machine alongside and with no problems or wireless, both machines are running the same norton firewall.

    I tried everything I can think but do not know if it is a framework for Win 7 or fault or a hardware problem with point of access or Toshiba.

    To be honest, I've never heard of upnp sharing but to use special ports, allow the latter in your router configuration and firewall software (Norton).
    Check it!

    In addition, I would recommend updating the firmware on your router and install the last driver WLAN.
    Also check the network on Windows 7 configuration!

    ICH habe ein Acer Iconia 510 W wanted heute morgen und mit dem auf Windows 10 start upgrade. Yesterday Schweden GWX bis alles okay, ist das.

    Heute folgendes dann: Windows 10 kann nicht installed werden. Mit Kompatibilitatsprobleme Intel(r) Graphics Media Accelerator.

    Was kann ich jetzt tun? ICH bitte auch Acer Forenmitarbeiter um Hilfe.

    Sharp estimate kann ich nach current Wissenstand nicht bestatigen.

    Nach dem Versuch kam ich zu dem gleichen result first. MIT meinen laienhaften habe ich Kenntnissen're dann aber ohne wirkliche problem done, Win 10 auf meinem Acer W510 zu installieren. Remark dazu, die habe ich dazu nicht communications (ich nix englisch) remarks English. VIELLEICHT wurde da auch der Weg above same.

    ICH habe mit dem Programm "MediaCreation tool winner 10" von der Microsoftseite einen bootfahigen USB stick mit der 32bits Version von win 10 standing. habe ich das Treiberupdatepaket von Acer as one win 8.1. MIT aus den kopiert Stick, which ich noch bei downloads sales had.

    Da ich nicht though, was im Installationsprozess alles ablauft, habe ich (da WLAN in Phase der mensen nicht funktionirt) das über einen adapter LAN can uber Tablet. OB dies ist, ich nicht einzuschatzen vermag really necessary. At aber required ist, dass man eine USB-Maus und eine USB keyboard angeschlossen hat. Grund ist, dass nach conclusion der Installation beim Einrichten tablets noch some USB - Treiber there. Touch und Tastatur go before noch nicht, Speicherkarte wird auch noch nicht erkannt.

    Nach dem independent of winning 10 Bildschirms habe ich als erstes das Treibersetup (nur nicht BIOS Treiber) vom USB stick gestartet.

    Geht ja zum Glück schon alles uber extern USB - Maus und Tastatur. Danach waren auch die Tastatur, der Touchbildschirm und die Speicherkarte wieder in Funktion.

    Habe wieder some working program installed und kann bis jetzt keine problem observes.

    Habe den design, dass der neue browser really besser so.

    Warum die uberalle als problem genannte Grafik eine Installation (update) nicht zulassen soll ich kann als PC-Laie nicht follow.

    VIELLEICHT kann ich damit some help. Würde mich über eine Ruckinformation freuen.

    I have an acer laptop e1-510.  I have upgraded to windows 10 then clean installed the operating system.  I went to the acer site and there is no windows 10 drivers than ect, but I have noticed that there are updates bios newer than the one I installed.  I now have version 2.5.   The latest on the site is 2.12.  do I need to install all of the bios updates or just news?  Im very afraid of something going wrong, it is a laptop, I bought for my mother and don't want to spoil the bios because it makes a computer useless without reprogramming or a new bios chip.   Thanks to anyone who can offer assistance on this

    The only drivers available for the e1-510 are windows 8 and 8.1.   Acer will get drivers for windows 10 as well as software updates as acer care center (which as of now will not install saying not supported)?  Thank you

    the E1-510 model will rely on Acer on the update of windows 10.

    Windows 10 will update automatically the drivers with a new version if it is available, so you don't need to wait for the Acer drivers.
