XML over HTTP

I download a XML over HTTP. The extension is .php, but it fully contains XML data. The Chrome browser, it shows me - exit iterpreted content defined in XML instead of the Tags etc. However, on IE, I can see XML.

Now in my BlackBerry (curve 8900) application in the connectivity of BIS - B, I get the result interpreted as in Chrome and it of course cannot be parsed.

But if I save the same PHP file (with XML inside) as .xml and do the process above, it works fine - I get XML proper.

Could you please someone indicate why this is happening and how can I solve it?

Well it's rubbish isn't.

Because I assume that your server sends the same data, it appears then that is to be converted by the BIS-B gateway.

You can check all the Http headers you receive to see if you can see a difference.  I suspect that the server sends a different Content Type in each case, and the gateway that uses to decide that it can reformat the data.

Otherwise, you might be able to define a header on your application which will stop the bridge BIS-B change the answer.  You might find something like those coded in this Thread to work for you.

  • Taking over Http in Blackberry

    Hello

    How to reach the socket on the connection Http (SOHT) connection in Blackberry devices?

    Help, please

    My understanding of this is not an outlet running over an http connection.  Who uses an http request to transfer the payload to the device rather than using a power outlet.  So, these are some alternative mechanisms, treated differently on the server and the device, not the layers of alternative communication.

    A difference between a socket connection and http is connection - socket is continuous, http is not.  You will see from here:

    http://www.operamini.com/Help/FAQ/#http-socket

    If Exchange you it for an http connection, you lose the connection continues. This confirms, as far as I'm concerned, that Opera mini did not use the socket over http.

    There is no reserved space in the IDE to provide details of SSL proxy.

  • Failed to start the computer over HTTP: Error 1000

    I'm testing an upgrade from version 2.9 to 2.10 so I can upgrade our 6.0u2 ESXi hosts to solve the problem of multiple appstacks slow attachment.  However, I get this error on half of my offices.  I tried both 2012R2 and for the administration server 2008R2.  It is installed with local SQL.  Desktop computers are Windows 7, floating pool linked clone.  Looks like that in the beginning it shows a "HttpInitializeRequest: status response 200 Manager (2 bytes) ': OK ' but try again"computer startup on HTTP failed: Error 1000 ".  Once virtualization fails is disabled and no appstacks cling.

    I have logs from two desktop computers, a successful failure:

    Just curious, it's someone else is seeing this with 2.10 and if you have, how solve you this problem?

    If you are using some kind of power management on the VDI? It seems as if the machine is unable to reach the HTTP Appvolumes service for any reason any newspaper which shows success connects withion a fraction of a second if the server doesn't seem to be to busy.

    Maybe you try to join an appstack that has some sort of firewall inside rule?

    Mixed content: the page to ' https://UK.globalgig.com/index.html "was loaded over HTTPS, but asked a untrusted style sheet" http://fonts.googleapis.com/CSS?family=Maven%20PRO '. This request has been blocked; the content should be served over HTTPS.

    How should I do?

    Thank you.

    Lisa

    Hello Lisa,.

    You get this error because your site domain name is https:// and the section of your site called a style sheet for a font, a path not https:// ('http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven%20Pro'.)

    To avoid this, you need to make sure that the url of the link that points to the stylesheet of the police has also https:// inside. If you have entered this code manually and then change the code and upload it to the server. Where the code is generated via a widget and then contact the developer of the widget to the correction of the code.

    I can see that the two ("http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven%20Pro".)  and ("https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Maven%20Pro".) are links to work with the same information, so it should not be issue after updating to https://

  • JMS over HTTP, HTTP tunneling, imqhttp, Glassfish, Open MQ

    Hello

    I want to run JMS over HTTP, because of the firewall.

    My environment:

    -Windows 7 64 bit
    -Java EE 6 SDK (Glassfish 3, java_ee_sdk-6u4-jdk7-windows - x 64 .exe installer)

    Following the instructions (Guide of Administration of Oracle GlassFish Server Message queue, support HTTP/HTTPS), I did as follows:

    1 - editing default.properties (in my D:\usr\Glassfish3\mq\lib\props\broker\default.properties folder) by adding 'httpjms' to imq.service.activelist, so I have:

    # List of active services, launched at startup
    IMQ.service.activelist = JMS, admin, httpjms

    2 - updated the server.policy file (in my case D:\usr\Glassfish3\glassfish\domains\domain1\config\server.policy) by adding at the end:

    give the code "file:${com.sun.aas.installRoot}/glassfish/domains/domain1/applications/imqhttp/-" {}

    permission java.net.SocketPermission «*»,
    'connect, accept, resolve';

    };

    3 - I don't, then using the Glassfish administration Console (listening on port 4848), deployed the application packaged in the WAR (the WAR file from D:\usr\Glassfish3\mq\lib) imqhttp.war file, by using "imqhttp" as the name of the context root.

    4.-j' I then invoke URLS http://127.0.0.1:8080/imqhttp/tunnel and get the following back:

    HTTP tunneling servlet ready.
    Servlet start time: Wed Jul 04 19:28:01 CEST 2012
    Accepts the brokers on port TCP connections: 7675
    Total available brokers = 1
    List of Broker:
    Antec:imqbroker

    Important: I had to restart everything, including Windows to get the broker in the broker list.

    ...uh !!???!! .. .it just shows that the validation to the groups of discussion and sharing are awesome... yesterday, I couldn't this work, I had nothing in my list of broker and a bunch of exceptions when you try to post a message... I swear to you that I restarted Glassfish several times... now it works very well, and in the meantime, the only thing that I did is restart the PC...

    In any case, I keep the post, it might be useful to someone.

    Subsequently

    Varus

    The new broker imq.service.activelist property setting take effect, if the jms BUILT-IN (default) service is used, the GlassFish server needs to be restarted; otherwise, the broker process must be restarted. If the JMS (INTEGRATED mode) in the GlassFish server service has not been started (because of GlassFish JMS lazy init - default), run "asadmin jms-ping" will start the broker integrated into GlassFish server.

  • How can I have my partner over HTTPS messages

    My partners want to send messages over HTTPS and I can't see what follows in one of the threads. It is good even for HTTP (S) or the HTTP protocol?

    "or cannot create channel listen HTTP." There is a channel to listen to HTTP to default you should use-

    http://hostname:soa_server_port/b2b/httpReceiver or http://hostname:soa_server_port/b2b/transportServlet

    Your remote TP may publish documents to the URL above.
    "

    Thank you
    Vincent

    Vincent,

    It is true for HTTPS as well. The partner must validate documents on the url (if SSL is enabled on the server of SOA)-

    https://hostname:soa_server_port/b2b/httpReceiver or https://hostname:soa_server_port/b2b/transportServlet

    If you use any off-loader SSL for your front door, then the host and the port will change accordingly.

  • Problem with large XML files over HTTP segmented analysis

    I am trying to isolate a bug introduced when the JRE in Java 7u51 use 7u71 without changing the codes. The problem seems to be very similar to: Bug ID: JDK-8027359 XML parser returns incorrect results of analysis.

    Further investigation showed that it was also introduced in the same versions (7u71) where this patch has been applied. Unlike this bug, my XML is marked as version 1.0. He also seems to be with only large XML, the order of 10 MB files or more.

The error occurs only when I try to disrupt it is great and I use Java 7u71 (or later). It can be constantly repeated with the jsp webapp I use, but did not show the error when I used the same code with a Wikipedia dump XML file.

    How can I unmarshal differently to avoid this problem? Or, how can I best isolate the bug so it can be sent to the appropriate bugs system?

    Seems to be related to this bug, which will be fixed in 7u80 and others (in April?).

    http://bugs.Java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=8059327

    Tests with the final version in early 7u80 showed it fixed my related question.

  • TargetNamespace XML with https. Are there issues in a url https on the targetNamespace, including?

    Hi all!

    A small question;

    Is it really important on a targetNamespace if I place a https rather than an http url address?

    say for example:

    " xmlns =" https://my.customer.com/webapp "

    "targetNamespace ="https://my.customer.com/WebApp"

    It is because the WebApp client is on a secured therefore the Web application on this URL so I wanted to know if it really matters in the end or it is just a reference?

    Is it really worries?

    Kind regards!

    Hello

    the targetNamespace attribute is for the identification and the determination of the scope and it doesn't really matter if a resource exists at that location or not. It must be unique when it is used with other xml files. So in your case, https should not ask any questions.

    Kind regards

    SAI

  • RH10 &gt; WebHelp &gt; Table of contents/Glossary/Search does not work in IE9 over HTTPS

    We have recently upgraded from RH8 RH10 and almost immediately met (seems to be) an old question.

    Use Adobe TCS 4.0, we create our content in FrameMaker 11, then link to Robohelp. After you generate Webhelp, we tested the output from a local computer. Everything worked as expected.

    Then we checked the files in Microsoft TFS and hosted the Webhelp on an HTTPS server. However, when we tested the output using Internet Explorer 9 and 23 of Chrome, we found that:

    1. Table of contents does not appear.
    2. Glossary (which we renamed acronyms) does not appear.
    3. Research does not (from the quick search or tab "Search" bar).
    4. SWFs (since Adobe Captivate) inserted in the subjects not appearing or play.

    We do not have a clue, but I guess that would not have worked either. I have attached the screenshots you can see the problem:

    test_img.jpg

    Adobe previously released a fix for the file whutils.js RH8 and RH9, used to be hosted here: https://Acrobat.com/#d=WqbdTq-2R79ToU08-zfBEw (link now broken). I guess it's a similar problem with a similar fix. I will file a bug report, but I wanted to see if the community had any quick fix since we are on time.

    You can see the full history of forum here: http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/822754?TSTART=0

    So after the commitment of our development team, we have solved the problem at the moment.

    We had two new variables with our process for this version:

    1. For the first time using TCS4 (prev 2.5)
    2. First check files in directly to Microsoft TFS using the Control Source of Visual Studio (previously zipped WebHelp, posted to SharePoint, sent the link to the developers).

    It turns out that the second variable is the culprit here. HR is off the hook for now. For unknown reasons, Visual Studio has been excluding logging files (without notice). Once we performed an additional step (click with the right button on the Visual Studio directory > add items), he picked up the missing files and everything worked as expected in the staging / QA environment.

    The missing file was WebHelp > resource > resource_.xml.js.

    Next step on our end is to test the integrated HR > TFS Source control. (We have no thought) we did not have enough time to test the published WebHelp directly to TFS using the plugin HR 10 - don't know if it would make a difference or not. We will test correctly between releases and see if it works or not.

    Very, very strange but that Visual Studio behave like that on such a simple, every day version control procedure. My dev team is baffled - and these guys are good enough to make it a real rarity.

  • Need help getting A value in My App using xml/php http request

    I know that maybe this isn't the place to ask questions about php, but I thought that people may have encountered a similar problem and I'm getting desperate basically my application's data is stored in a mysql database table, and what I have to do is to get the value of auto increment of this table in my application via an http request. I'm doing a php file that gets this value and displays this value in the xml format, but I'm terrible at creating php to do such things and just get the constant errors. Can someone take a look at this and help me to tweak it so it does what I want it please? The table in question is called links and the line/field/column in the table I'm after is called linkid. This is the next value of auto-increment this line printed in xml format, that's what I want. Here is the php so far:-

    <?php
    header("Content-type: text/xml");
    $host = "";
    $user = "";
    $pass = "";
    $database = "";
    $linkID = mysql_connect($host, $user, $pass) or die("Could not connect to host.");
    mysql_select_db($database, $linkID) or die("Could not find database.");
    $tablename   = "links";
    $next_increment  = 0;
    $qShowStatus   = "SHOW TABLE STATUS LIKE '$tablename'";
    $qShowStatusResult  = mysql_query($qShowStatus) or die ( "Query failed: " . mysql_error() . "<br/>" . $qShowStatus );
    $row = mysql_fetch_assoc($qShowStatusResult);
    $next_increment = $row['Auto_increment'];
    echo "next increment number: [$next_increment]";
    ?>

    Hello

    step 1. the customer wants to add a new record. and sends a request for a new record

    step 2. the server adds a new record in the database (now its Blanck) and returns its ID number

    step 3.  the customer has now has an appropriate identification number and use it to add a new object to the table

    step 4. the customer with a registration ID and the new data for this "empty folder" is an update not an insert.

    step 5. You now have the table and database synchronization.

    David.

  • using AMFPHP over https?

    Someone has managed to do this? I keep getting connection errors. With the help of "Charles" I found that the gateway.php calls were called http:// instead of https://.

    My httpd.conf forces all connections on port 80 to port 443.

    My services - config.xml is pointing to the https:// location gateway.php.

    Charles shows that the 'GET' use HTTPS is not the case of the 'POST' (which means 'gateway.php').

    Is there another step I missed to get this race? If I disable the port forwarding, it works but now my calls to the authority of the financial markets is not encrypted.

    Suggestions?

    You use the SecureAMFChannel? Probably you can edit your definition of channel here.
